Customer service was top-notch! The area where it was located was perfect! We were there to visit the silos at magnolia and it was exactly a block away, which was so convenient! The only thing I would let others know is that there is literally a train right next to it and it would go by the property around seven-ish in the morning, so if you are not a heavy sleeper or you wanna sleep in it will wake you up. Other than that, honestly, I would probably stay there again

FANTASTIC customer service at the front desk! I was helped by Marcus multiple times and he was a joy. My room was not clean at all (hair on bed, dirt everywhere...let's not talk about bathroom), but he quickly got us to a second room that was cleaner. Wonderful location

This is my go-to hotel for Waco. Staff is always nice and friendly. The climate controls work well and everything is clean and comfy. Check out is easy and simple. There's a $50 precharge upon checking in, should you decide to use the amenities.
