Notte da incubo!!!!! Ho prenotato questa struttura pensando di fare una sorpresa ai bambini e dormire in un castello, invece è diventata esperienza più terribile!!! Siamo arrivati verso la sera (stanchi e fusi da viaggio), pioveva. Signora è uscita fuori dalla struttura principale e ci ha accompagnati verso le mura dicendo che nostra sistemazione è la … e ok.. Ci ha spiegato velocissimo dove fare colazione e de sparita … mai più vista… appartamento era grande 2 stanze e 1 bagno… si sentiva odore di muffa ma aime abbiamo deciso di aprire le finestre e uscire a cena… Al rientro abbiamo capito che la realtà era peggio del primo impatto… Posto no ne affittabile ne vivibile !!! Odore di muffa e umidità terribile ! Bucchi nei muri e sensazione che ogni momento qualche topo ci fa la visita! lenzuola e cuscini umidi a tal punto che ho dovuto mettere gli asciugamani e felpe sopra .. Bambini erano stanchissimi e non avevamo la scelta!Signora irraggiungibile al telefono! Ci siamo accumulati nel letto matrimoniale tutti e 4… Bambini sono crollati e io e mio marito siamo rimasti svegli tutta la notte impauriti che qualche pietra ci cade in testa e qualche animale esce dai buchi ! Notte più terribile della mia vita! Quel posto è da denuncia ! No ne ne vivibile ! Alla mattina siamo andati nella parte centrale a fare colazione e parlare con la signora, ma lei non c’era !! La parte centrale sembra un’altra cosa.. Una ragazza dolce e carina ci ha servito una ottima colazione..

Bonjour Je suis navrée que vous ayez pu avoir cette mauvaise expérience et je regrette vivementC'est un appartement qui plait beaucoup d'habitude surtout pour une famille avec un chien.La réservation était pour cette chambre familiale ET les clients avaient choisit cette chambre, lors de leur réservation et c'est expliqué que c'est un appartement creusé dans la roche.Nous avions un problème familial a régler et je me suis absentée et je savais que le lendemain matin, je ne pouvais les voir, car nous partions de bonne heure.Je regrette de ne pas avoir eu la possibilité de les voir lorsqu'ils sont venus prendre les petits déjeuners, car nous aurions discuté de vive voix et je les aurais remboursé immédiatement.J'avais débité la somme avant leur ARRIVEE pour faciliter l'enregistrement .Les clients ont certainement appelé leur banque pour faire opposition car la somme a été débité de notre compte.Nous n'acceptons jamais les animaux dans le bâtiment principal et pour une famille , la ROCHELIERE plait bien, car il y a 2 chambres communicantes et un coin salonJe suis navrée et je vous prie de bien vouloir nous excuserSincères salutations,Mme SUZANNE
