I didn't stay in the hotel! As soon as I entered in the room I've realized how terrible it was! Dirty sheets, bathroom terrible smell! I stayed in a different hotel and I've requested my money back! If it's possible I'll ask for your help

NĆ£o tinha vaga no hotel que reservei, fui encaminhado para um anexo, comum quarto ruim, estilo hostel ( nada contra hostel), reclamei e me colocaram num quarto um pouco melhor, mas acabei dormindo no beliche pois o colchĆ£o era muito duro. Parece que o hotel estĆ” mudando seu pĆŗblico para empresas, por isso os beliches. Enfim, nada de grave, foi sĆ³ uma noite.

Estadia decepcionante, hotel sem manutenĆ§Ć£o bĆ”sica, colocaram-nos num quarto inabitĆ”vel, cheio de formigas, com o frigobar num estado deplorĆ”vel e ar condicionado nĆ£o funcionava. Trocamos de quarto depois de reclamarmos, mas, ainda assim, nĆ£o era condizente com o valor pago. O cafĆ© da manhĆ£ tinha pĆ£o dormido, presunto estragado. Infelizmente, o hotel precisa melhorar muito para ficar ruim.
