Istrian stone house with pool for 8 persons

Villa Suzana is located in the quiet village of Gajana, only 8 km from the sea. The small medieval town of Bale is only 6 km away, Rovinj 20 km and Pula 18 km. The 110m² m large house offers with its four bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, enough space for up to 8 people. On the first floor there is a comfortable living-dining room furnished in Istrian style with an open, very well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/WC. On the first and second floor there are two bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower/WC. Air conditioning and mosquito screens on the windows are available.
The 3 x 7 m² pool invites you to cool down and relax. A large seating area and an outdoor grill complete the outdoor facilities.
Directly opposite the house is a large playground with slide and swing - here the children can let off steam undisturbed. The hosts live not far from the house and are happy to answer any questions.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Church of the Holy Spirit. The vacation home includes amenities such as a private pool and a kitchen.

Alles wunderbar !
Das Haus incl Pool ist sehr schön und groß genug für 2 Familien. Der Vermieter ist super nett und das Haus hat eine ruhige Lage ideal zum entspannen. Das Grundstück bietet wenig Einsicht und man ist somit sehr ungestört. Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Urlaub.

Gemütlich und abgelegen
Check-in und -out verliefen ganz unkompliziert und wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und verabschiedet, das Haus war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und man konnte den Tag sowohl am Pool als auch bei starker Hitze drinnen bei, der Klimaanlage sein Dank, kühler Luft genießen. Bonuspunkt für den Getränkekühlschrank draußen! :)

Das Haus ist wirklich schön, die Betten sind absolut bequem und man hat genug Platz. Man stört niemanden beim gemütlichen grillen und ist innerhalb von 20 Minuten in Pula. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Tolles Haus, genau richtig für 2 Familien, super Gastgeber vor Ort!
Wir waren mit 2 Familien im Haus. Jeweils eine Etage für eine Familie mit 2 Schlafzimmern und eigenem Bad. Im Erdgeschoss noch ein Bad ist perfekt nach dem Schwimmen im Pool. Super freundliche Gastgeber vor Ort. Immer ansprechbar, immer hilfsbereit mit Insider-Tipps. Anton hat uns zwischendurch sogar frisches Gemüse aus dem Garten vorbei gebracht. Die Lage ist super. Zu vielen schönen Badebuchten nur 15 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Auto. Supermarkt zum Einkaufen auch nur 10 Minuten weg. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal!
