Casa Parenzana is a holiday home in the picturesque town Vizinada, about 20-minute driving distance from Porec, and 17 km from the tourist resort Lanterna where are beautiful and well-kept pebble and rocky beaches. Near the house there are several wine and olive oil roads, as well famous wineries. Parenzana bike and pedestrian trail is right next to the house.

The house is located on a completely fenced garden of 2000 m² ,with a well-kept lawn and flowers, and guests have at their disposal a 32 m² swimming pool, sun loungers, barbecue and a beautiful covered terrace with garden furniture, as well as several covered parking spaces. There is also a volleyball court, football (small) and a trampoline.

Casa Parenzana can accommodate up to 10 persons, within 150m2 living space and is ideal for families or groups of friends. It consists of two separate units, both on the ground floor of the house. One apartment has a triple room with a double bed and a bed for one person, a shower/toilet, a kitchen-living room with a dining table and a sofa bed for two persons and a terrace. The second apartment has a double room, a single room, a shower/toilet, a kitchen with a dining room with a sofa bed for two persons and a terrace.

On the ground floor there is a tavern 50 m2, for gatherings ,with a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, satellite TV and a shower/toilet.
