## Space

With its contemporary and neat decoration, you will be amazed by the large main room with its impressive volumes and bay windows! You will find here:

- a lounge area with a grandiose set of comfortable sofas where you can enjoy the TV screen and home cinema

- a bar area with 2 high chairs to start the aperitif

- a dining table and its 6 leather chairs a stone's throw from the kitchen

The kitchen, with its modern design and luxurious materials, offers a range of impressive equipment so you don't miss anything! (The basics: toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher) and the bonuses: raclette and fondue set [in Savoie: there is no season to eat good cheese!], crepe maker, press citrus…)

Overlooking the large living room, the (air-conditioned) mezzanine with jazzy decor will allow you to choose,

- practice some physical exercises with weight training machines (rowing machine, elliptical bike, etc.)

- read a book, listen to music on the Bluetooth speaker or play a game of table football or a board game around another comfortable set of armchairs and sofa.

As for the bedrooms, the house has 3 (all air-conditioned) each with its own TV screen:

- a bedroom with vanilla/caramel decor with its double bed and large closet
- a master suite with a queen-size 160 cm bed and privileged access to the wooden terrace allowing you to enjoy a small garden furniture as well as the beautiful view.

The 3rd bedroom is located upstairs, it has a double bed, a chest of drawers, a small work space for the more studious, and above all, a private balcony (with comfortable facilities) facing south which offers a breathtaking view of the chain des Belledonnes and Mont Granier.

The south and west exterior facades are bordered by a beautiful wooden terrace where you can sometimes have an aperitif in the garden furniture, sometimes enjoy grilled meats from the gas barbecue around the outdoor dining table.
All around, the Japanese garden and the ornamental garden will delight your eyes.

To finish in style, the 4m by 8m swimming pool, heated from April to October, will allow you to cool off and take full advantage of the season!

Please note that, for your comfort:
- Sheets are provided and installed on each bed
- One large and one small towel are provided per person.

Perfect holiday home
We loved this house and are hoping to return next year. The pool was the perfect temperature for the kids and having air-con in the bedrooms meant we slept very well despite the heat. The view from the terrace is beautiful and we found our stay very peaceful. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and we found Edwige very helpful - checking in and out was made easy. We enjoyed days out at the lake beach and also appreciated how nearby the boulangerie and supernarket were. Really a perfect week!

Nettes Haus an schöner Lage
Grundsätzlich ist das Haus und vor allem der Garten wunderschön. Die Aussicht ist gut (leider sieht man den See nicht, aber das ist von den Bildern her aber klar. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend: Geschirr, Gläser, sogar Lebensmittel wie Öl, Essig, Zucker, Salz, Kaffee waren vorhanden. Ausserdem findet man auch Toys wie ein Töggelikasten und ein Mini-Billiard, von dem eigentlich gar nichts erwähnt war. Auf ein Auto ist man aufgrund der etwas abseits liegenden Lage aber angewiesen: Ich Hochsommer trägt man die Einkäufe nicht zu Fuss den Hügel hoch. Der Pool ist nicht der neueste, ist aber sehr gepflegt und absolut ausreichend. Eine Dusche zum Pool würde ich noch begrüssen, vielleicht auch den Gasgrill austauschen, dieser ist nicht mehr der Jüngste und kommt nicht mehr auf die notwendigen 200 Grad Celsius. Alles in allem aber ein sehr attraktives Haus mit detailverliebter Gartenanlage, sehr guter Ausstattung, etwas abgelegen und nicht ganz günstig: Gesamturteil Gut bis sehr gut. Kann ich gut weiterempfehlen. A
