Welcome to the ~4000sq. feet, double story "Château Vista"! Custom built entertainer’s dream estate on over 1/2 acre that blends the best of elegant charm with stylish and modern touches. Nestled in the foothills of Buena Creek with west facing views overlooking mountains and sunsets. Beautifully maintained and enhanced with newly added upgrades throughout. Fully upgraded kitchen looks straight out of a magazine and features new stunning quartz countertops, custom backsplash, sleek new appliances, cooktop, 5-stage reverse osmosis water filter, new black stainless steel fridge, wine fridge, granite sink, and expansive center island with waterfall edges and eat-in seating. Highlights include a private long driveway, grand entry with spiral staircase, first floor bedroom/bathroom, flowing open floor plan with tons of space for entertaining, updated “pool room” with built-in bar and custom single slate pool table, spacious secondary bedrooms, and a private master retreat with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. While relaxing by the pool, use Bluetooth to hoop up the outdoor speakers. Pair them up in the garage top shelf by the rear. (no music after 10PM)

Other things to note:

★ POOL and SPA★
NOTE: SPA HEATING WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES. HOWEVER, THE POOL HEATING CAN BE USED FOR A $250 DAILY HEATING FEE OF 12 HOURS. MIN 2 DAYS. The Salt Water Pool will then be heated up to a comfortable 83 to 85 degrees during your stay (10AM-10PM). The spa is set to 101 degrees and can be controlled by you on the spa side. Button 1 turns on the heating for the spa, button 2 turns on the jets for the spa, and 3/4 controls the water features. If air temperature reaches under 40 degrees the pool heating will be shut off for protection and pool heating fee will be refunded. If there are any issues with the pool/spa or pay for heating fee, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS UNLESS APPROVED BY OWNER★
We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.

★ PARKING★
Max 8 cars allowed in front of the house If any questions, please reach out and ask. We like to keep our neighbors happy. Additional street parking below.

★ PETS ALLOWED FOR A FEE★
While we allow up to 2 pets for a fee during booking, please follow these rules to avoid a $1000 fine
-Do not use our bowls and utensils for your pets.
-Do not allow them on furniture or bed.
-Please clean up after them and use proper hygiene.

★ ENTERTAINMENT★
Smart TV throughout and cable TV is installed and you may use Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc. by simply logging in.

★ SECURITY★
There are six security cameras overlooking the front driveway, front door, backyard, garage, and both sides. They are used to prevent unwanted visits. Please let us know if you have any concerns about the cameras.

HOUSE RULES:

1. Do not adjust or tamper pool heater settings by the side equipment area. ($500 fee)
2. No smoking/vaping inside the home ($1000 fee). Smoking is a fire hazard.
3. Please be courteous to our neighbors as the home is in a quiet neighborhood. Please no loud music after 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends. Quiet time is 11pm.
4. In an unlikely event of a power outage, please call us before reaching for the control panel. No compensation will be given for any temporary outages of any utilities under 12 hours.
5. Please let us know if any dishes or glassware breaks, so we may replace it for the next guest. Accident can happen from time to time.
6. No refunds or rebates will be given as a result of unfortunate circumstances outside of our control. Owner shall not be liable for unfavorable acts of God, or breakdown of appliances or other equipment such as a TV, music player, BBQ grill, and WIFI equipment.
7. Use common sense while staying in our house. If you are unsure about any of the house rules and require further clarification, please contact us!
8. No Parties of events without owner's prior approval. ($1000 fee)
