I stayed here for a little bit while I was waiting on my new permanent residence to be available. I booked a few days at a time because there wasn't a set date to as when it would be available. They charged me $20 extra every time I had to add days, and not only was the staff incredibly rude but the rooms were less than subpar. When I just had two days left they had me move rooms all the way on the other end of the property and I have no car and had to carry all my things from on end of the property to the other. I had booked a room with the same size bed etc. While after I get settled in I go to charge my phone and only one outlet is working to hold a charger in it. The rest of them are halfway hanging off the wall. I tried to shower next. The plumbing in there was horrible and I don't know how I finally got it to work. I finally try to put the television on to decompress and go to bed and it doesn't work either. I call the front desk and an hour goes by and no one comes. So, I go to the front desk and he says he's coming. After another 30-45 minutes later nothing. I go up there again. He says he's working on it, so I decide to stay and wait until he does. He says he is going to try and fix it from there first. That it might be the connection and it does it all the time. So, I was willing moved to a room that they knew needed repairs. It's also about 9 pm on a Sunday at this point so I don't think there was anyone available at that time to help with this.
