2 bedroom sleeps 6 unit, Oceanfront unit with oceanfront balcony. Full kitchen with living room and dining area. King bed and 2 double beds. Resort is VERY STRICT on OCCUPANCY, no more than 6 guests sleeping in the units! 1 parking spot free per unit! Please contact me if you need more than one unit or if you are looking for a date you don't see listed we may have more availability.
Must be at least 25 to checkin at this resort! PLEASE READ ALL INFO BEFORE BOOKING!
All units at this resort are DECORATED DIFFERENTLY BY THE RESORT! If you want to see pictures of a specific unit for the dates you are looking for please contact me before booking! All units are the same size as far as 2 bedroom sleeps 6 and same size beds!
The resort will take an imprint of your credit card at checkin and put $600 hold in case of damages and then release it when you checkout.

For any issues with your unit once you check-in, you will go directly to the front desk and let them know of anything wrong with the unit. The resort maintains the units for the owners, so they handle all of the upkeep an cleaning for the units. Any issues with check-in, I am local and am available to fix any problems!
Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc upon reserving a unit/week, prior to receiving confirmation of reservation.

Great Location
The condo was a perfect location for the beach, walking to stores and resturaunts. Our kids loved the pool. The condo needed some work, bathtubs were peeling and wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom too. The condo had everything we needed for the kitchen and plenty of towels and linens. The property manager, Jessica, wasn’t pleasant to work with when I had questions before our arrival or regarding receiving the rental agreement. Overall, we had a great vacation and enjoyed our stay.

Wow! Perfect Location
This condo (801) was better than expected. Spacious and clean. We enjoyed being at a less busy area of the beach. While there were plenty of beach goers there was always room to find a good spot without getting out there early. The complex is not too large so even with only one of two elevators working the wait wasn’t too bad. The parking is very tight. If you’re driving bigger than a compact car expect to work into your spot. The staff (front desk, cleaning crew and security guards) were all very friendly and helpful. The complex is on the edge of the row of shops allowing for easy access to shops and restaurants. This is handy considering parking is at a premium and almost always costs. Our stay was during the 4th of July and being on the 8th floor was perfect for watching the fireworks off the barge. The truly only concern, not complaint, is the check-in process. The staff is not allowed to give out any keys until check-in time. This makes for a bottleneck during that time. Again, this is not a large complex so it wasn’t horrible just a bit frustrating. It does help to arrive a bit early to fill out paperwork ahead of time. Then it is as simple as handing you a key. Highly recommend this complex and rental company. Thank you for hosting a great week!
