Room did not look like what is advertised on EXPEDIA at all… The entire stay was filled with small flying insects throughout the room… Hot tub was closed and was not advertised being closed either… Basically the same food in the morning buffet, although the kitchen staff were AMAZING!! Front desk staff “Terry” seemed bothered upon checking in due to system problems and couldn’t clearly tell me what floor the room was located on and was bothered about questions, yet this was my first time visiting the location, the bathroom had a awkward smell and the room was horrible, almost like a room at a MOTEL or hotel by a airport!!! I will never forget this experience for my 15 year anniversary… really bad anniversary and bad purchase, a waste of my money….

My only negatives were: We were placed in a handicap accessible room. The shower/tub floor was very slippery. Needs something on surface for traction. Poor drainage in bathroom sink.

Relaxing Stay
We got to hotel around 1pm & happy to be able to check-in. It smelled clean as soon as you walk in, same with room. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Buffet at breakfast had enough choices to start the day. Didnt use indoor pool but looked very clean. We were a little disappointed no hot tub, but would definitely stay here again. Employees all friendly and greeted you as soon as you walked in.

Room was fantastic! Wonderful view of the beach. The only drawback is that we couldn’t really use the balcony or open the door to let the sea breeze in because of all the marijuana smell from the boardwalk.

Great stay
Our stay was great, friendly staff, they asked when we wanted room service and we chose every other day. It was clean and convenient. We stayed for a family vacation, our kids loved that we were right on the beach and loved the indoor pool in the evenings. The breakfast was great and the amount of seating they have is amazing. The hotel is so conveniently located that we were able to walk almost everywhere we went. My husband and I love that the hotel has a private garage too, it was a very safe feel and very clean also. We will be staying here again.

The staff was extremely friendly and customer service was excellent. I only have a few suggestions for improvement. Wi-Fi here is terrible. The lobby WiFi only works in the lobby. It doesn’t work in the exercise room or the pool area and it runs very slow. The room WiFi was nearly nonexistent. Our room was the last room in the hallway and we were rarely able to pick up a signal. This was inconvenient as I regularly need WiFi for my business. While we were there the door hinge on the main exit to the beach broke on our second day. By our 10th day there it still wasn’t fixed. This was inconvenient as we had to use a more distant door. I hope these issues are addressed by next year as my wife and I discussed staying here again.
