We welcome you to our spacious, three-story townhomes, fully furnished and stocked with everything you need for an unforgettable stay in our vibrant city. Located just five blocks from the oceanfront and boardwalk, it's only an 8-10 minute walk across a few pedestrian walkways on the two main streets to reach the beach. Our vacation homes are also within walking distance to Atlantic Park (the new wave park located on 18th Street), the Sports Center, Convention Center, ViBe Creative District, and some of our favorite local restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Nestled in the close-knit Old Beach neighborhood, these rentals put you right in the heart of it all.

LOCATION & ACCESS The houses line 22nd Street with direct access to the Interstate, but you'll enjoy quiet access from the rear alley behind the townhouses. Here, you'll find parking spaces for all 14 houses with walkways leading to each home. Enter through the back door using the keyless entry keypad.

GROUND FLOOR This four-bedroom modern farmhouse-style townhome features hardwood floors downstairs and plush carpeted bedrooms upstairs. Enter through the rear French doors into a spacious, open-concept kitchen and living area with high ceilings. The living space is perfect for gatherings, with a large TV and a porch with chairs. The kitchen boasts quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware you need to prepare meals.

The ground floor also includes a large laundry room with a side by side washer and dryer, vacuum, broom, iron, and ironing board. The dining room features a large farmhouse table with seating for up to 8 people, and a powder room is conveniently located on the first floor.

SECOND FLOOR Upstairs, you'll find four beautifully decorated bedrooms spread across the second and third floors. Be mindful of the steep stairs in these homes. The second-floor primary suite features a king-sized bed, a large TV with basic cable, ceiling fan, large dresser, spacious walk-in closet, and a private balcony with rockers. The ensuite bathroom includes a spacious standing glass shower, dual sinks, and a private toilet area.

Two queen-size bedrooms are also located on the second floor, each with large closets, ceiling fans, and custom bedding. These bedrooms share a Jack and Jill full bathroom with a shower-tub combination, two single sink vanities, and a separate toilet area for privacy.

THIRD FLOOR The third floor houses the twin bedroom and a large loft space perfect for lounging and TV watching. The twin bedroom features two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and tub-shower combination.

Each house offers onsite private parking for two vehicles. We provide 2 bath towel sets per bedroom (more available upon request for a linen rental fee). Each set includes a washcloth, hand towel, and bath towel. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soaps, and other essential cleaning supplies. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed. The kitchen comes equipped with essential cooking and meal preparation tools.

IMPORTANT POINTS
We do not provide beach towels or beach equipment. Both are available for rentals through local partnerships.
Two guaranteed parking spaces per rental. Municipal parking garages are available for additional cars.
No early check-in or late check-out during peak summer season (May through September). Check-in at 4 PM, check-out at 10:30 AM.
Upon booking confirmation, you'll receive a login for our guest app, providing access to information and rental services. All equipment rentals will be delivered to the house and picked up upon departure.

Nice place, convenient location
This home worked great for our weekend needs while in VA Beach for a national wrestling tournament that was being held at the Sports Center. The location was great for walking places. We had an issue with the door lock and the host and maintenance person were quick to respond and assist. Only downside was the home was not as clean as I would have expected (dust and dirt along baseboards, window seals, floors seemed a bit dirty, etc.) and could use a fresh coat of paint.

This large home is as described. The location is walkable to the boardwalk and the Vibe District. The parking is convenient and feels very safe. There is a nice patio in the rear with mature landscaping. The host was incredibly kind and responsive.

While we enjoyed the space, I found the living area furnishings [chairs and rug] a little tired and dirty. The television was way too small for the space. Loved the extra large dining room table. Beds were very comfy and there were extra bedroom pillows. More outdoor seating with side tables would be nice. The kitchen needs appliances such as a crock pot and a large electric griddle, more pyrex dishes and glassware so you do not have to wash dishes every day. The property itself is spacious and convenient if you want to hit the beach. Harris Teeter is very close. And, even though the property fronts a very busy street, I found it to be very quiet. The instructions to unlock the rental are inaccurate. We figured it out ourselves. Just use the 4 digit code and not the lock symbol.

Family of 8 - 5 adults and 3 kids, enjoyed our stay at this house. Surprised at the lack of adequate kitchen equipment - dull knives, one small casserole dish, and fewer pieces of silverware than needed. There were nails sticking up on the first flight of stairs, which were a hazard. The shower light in the Jack & Jill bathroom suite was very low wattage, and there was no other light in the bathroom, which made it difficult to shower. The shower light in the master bedroom was also very low wattage, but the bathroom light gave enough light. Location was great - close to the beach and some great little coffee shops. When I arrived, it appeared there weren't enough dishes and silverware, so I contacted Shepp and she directed me to look in the dishwasher, where I found more dishes. She was very responsive when I contacted her. Might want to bring trash bags with you if you have a larger group - there were only enough trash bags there to get us through the first few days. On our departure day, the cleaning crew showed up about an hour before checkout and brought their equipment to the back door and then just waited in their car until we left. Loved the balcony off the master bedroom. The family room/den area is small, but we were outside most of the time. It was quiet (except for the jets from the naval air station). All in all it was a decent stay. Easy access from 264 and a 4 block walk to the beach.

Exactly what we wanted!
Rental was beautiful both inside and out! By far one of the best rentals we've ever booked through Vrbo. The location was perfect as we could be on the beach in less than 10 minutes, grocery store in 2 minutes and still enjoy a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and spacious!

Great house for a group of family/friends.
House was exactly as expected. This is our second year staying in this property complex. The house was very clean, spacious and a great location. Perfect for our big group as each family had their own space and bathroom on the second and third floor. Main floor open layout is great for hanging out together, cooking and eating. We had a small problem with the door lock during our stay, but called the maintenance number and Tom quickly and effectively took care of our issue. Parking can be tricky, we had someone park in our spaces both nights. Other than those 2 minor things, we were overall very pleased with our stay and are looking forward to booking again next year!

Perfect family friendly stay
The weather was terrible during our stay, so we were very glad to have such a comfortable house. It’s very much as pictured, very modern. We had an internet issue that was solved quickly. You might want to bring a fire stick or other Roku device since there are no smart TVs. It’s very walkable and centrally located. Great spot for Virginia Beach.

Great experience in the perfect location. Very nice property located in the heart of Virginia Beach. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Property was very nice and welcoming as was the owner and property manager. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and next time we are in Va Beach…this will definitely be our choice.

Great Location!
We are a family of five adults visiting VB to spend Xmas near family. This townhouse is just as pictured. The unit itself was clean and tidy. The beds were comfy as were the furnishings. That said, the description advertises a “fully stocked kitchen” with “all of the cookware you need to prepare the largest of meals.” This is not quite the case. There are many cookie sheets (all needed scrubbing before use), two small Pyrex baking dishes and assorted pots and pans. There is one large mixing bowl and a variety of serving/mixing tools. Not quite all that is needed to prepare even a small meal. Additionally, there are no pot holders and only two dish towels were provided, so come prepared. The flatware and dinnerware are a bit on the sparse side as well. These minor inconveniences will not deter us from visiting again as this is a prime location for the Vibe district and accessing The Holiday Lights at the oceanfront. Others have mentioned the stairs to the 2nd and 3rd levels. They are steep and runners would make them a bit safer and traffic noise. I guess in the summer noise would be an issue but at this time of year not so much. We had a most enjoyable stay and look forward to a return trip next Xmas.

We really enjoyed staying at this property! The house had plenty of room with spacious bedrooms. It was a little further from the beach for my husband who is not in great shape and the stairs in the home are steep, as mentioned in the property description. The only things the owners can change is to add large cooking pots, mixing and large bowls.

The house was great. Great location for the beach, boardwalk and shops. House itself is great. Master bedroom was comfortable and quiet. Front bedroom and dining area were a bit loud with street noise, but did not really bother anyone. Kitchen and living area were both great. I would rent this house again.

The property was well kept except for a few roaches that met us on arrival. The door stickiness was a big problem for us as it requires 15 minutes to open the door each time my group left out and return. We tried to reach out to the owner but response had a large delay into the next day ( I will note there was a bad storm and power outage for half of my stay). Overall this is a nice place I would like to visit during better weather conditions.

Guys Only Weekend Success!
I booked the property for my husband and my sons for a Guys Only Weekend. They enjoyed the house and it as plenty of space for everyone. Close to the beach and the convention center (they attended the Tidewater Comic Con). Would definitely recommend and stay again. Maybe I'll go back to enjoy myself this time...lol

Spacious but loud and missing a few items
Very easy to get a in touch with owner and he was so accommodating for early check in and late out. Also came straight away to fix an electrical issue. However, the floor was very dirty and I had to request a mop to clean it. (They didn't offer to clean that up) Nice to be so close walk to the main area of the beach / shops but bring ear plugs. The road racing up 22nd street was intense. And, bring cooking items - the kitchen was missing many items for basic cooking.
