We had a great stay. Property was great, view was wonderful, and staff were great. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the dining room didn't have enough options that our family would enjoy. But would recommend this hotel to stay and we already booked for next year.

What great views we had. I loved and i woukd stay again. Worth the extra money for the suite. It rained most of the time we were there so it was nice to be able to use the built in Chromecast to watch what we wanted. The only down side was the breakfast. It was okay nothing great. The food you bought from the bar was actually really good and pretty affordable. Staff was always so friendly and helpful.

My husband and I were celebrating our 26th anniversary and The Hyatt Place exceeded our expectations! Upon our arrival we were greeting by friendly valet attendants, and when I checked in the front desk attendant was very friendly and professional. The room was beautiful no carpet other than a area rug under the sectional pull out sofa in the room which was a plus for us! The breakfast was good with plenty of options to choose from. We really enjoyed and will back soon!

Honestly the bed was the worst. We literally sank in the middle of the bed causing us to have the worst shoulder and back pain ever. We couldn’t sleep at all- we were thinking about booking the next night but we didn’t want to because of the lack of sleep. This was our second time and both times, we couldn’t sleep. The beds are the hotels are making me rethink about staying longer or coming back.

All the staff was very nice and welcoming. Valley staff gets a At. Very clean and well maintained. Great view of the beach from my room. When I called the front desk, they was able to answer my questions. The only things they can improve on is the breakfast.

Seemed like a over complicated check in process, Young lady spent nearly 10mins explaining the parking procedures to me, Also not the most helpful staff, my wife was bringing up luggage and was struggling and bags fell off the cart, staff members just looked at her and didn’t ask her if she needed assistance, Breakfast was ok no fresh fruit or cold meat options,
