The spacious great room on the third level was designed to maximize the enjoyment of the incredible views and to allow for large group entertaining. Look out the deck on the east side and watch the morning break on the ocean. With a second refrigerator and kitchenette on the bottom floor, everyone will be able to enjoy a poolside gathering with a cookout and outside dining on the patio and gazebo. Bring your kayak or canoe and launch from the dock with direct access to Back Bay. Fish and crab from this serene and relaxing setting. Spend the day at the beach, a short easy walk, and the late afternoon/evening in the pool watching the sunset on the bay. Truly, the best of both worlds awaits you at Sunset House.

Enjoy the marble countertops in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen, the large ceramic tiled shower, and a jacuzzi bathtub in the third-floor main bath. The bedrooms are designed to maximize privacy and space. The third floor features two main bedrooms with private baths. The second level has two bedrooms, each with a private bath, as well as two bedrooms with a shared bath. All bedrooms on the second and third floors open to balconies. Relax with that morning cup of coffee in relative seclusion or join others on these spacious decks. The bunk room on the first floor shares an extra-large bath with the other bedroom on that floor. The bottom floor also has a game room with foosball and other entertainment choices.

There is free WiFi, a 60-inch LED smart TV, and multiple TVs throughout the house, plus DVDs, a stereo, a gas fireplace, leather couches, and wood or ceramic tile flooring throughout the home. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
