Welcome to Ocean Heart, a modern home with eight bedrooms and three levels of living space! This comfortable beach house has interior specialty lighting in the bedrooms and main third-level living area, giving the house a beautiful ambiance in the evening accented by the natural sunset vistas over beautiful Back Bay. Once you step inside, you will notice that this home away from home has been recently updated with revarnished steps, fresh paint in sections of the home, a new display case, new railings inside, beautiful new outdoor furniture, new granite countertops in the outside bar area, and incredible landscaping with rows and rows of rosemary bushes and plants everywhere with fresh mulch.

Each of the three levels offers bedrooms and gathering areas, making this a great choice for several families to share or for an extended family to spread out. Large decks overlook the fenced, in-ground pool with loungers and spacious pool deck area, as well as the dock and covered hot tub. Countless hours of outside time can be spent swimming, relaxing in the hot tub, touring the many inlets and canals in the bay, fishing and crabbing from the dock, cooling off in the shade, sunbathing, and of course, going to the beach which is just a short walk right out your front door.

The amazing unobstructed view of the bay will astound you each day from large windows showcasing the area’s natural beauty. Relax on one of several comfortable leather couches, watch TV from the large flatscreen, or enjoy your group coming together to prepare a meal in the large kitchen/dining area. The great rooms are fantastic for families spending time together. Granite kitchen counters gleam with specialty lighting which highlights the stainless steel appliances and white granite dining tables. Meals are easy with a well-equipped kitchen, doubled-up refrigerators, and doubled-up stovetops/ovens. There is lots of room for groceries and cooking. Two tables can accommodate all the guests, with four additional seats at the counter bar. Tile and wood laminate flooring throughout the great room. Two bedrooms are on this upper floor, one king suite and one queen suite, each with a private bath and tastefully decorated with beachy accents, beautiful artwork, and TVs. There is an additional half-bath in the great room area for use as well. In the evening be sure to turn on the accent lighting and enjoy the different colors that light up the room.

The middle level offers four bedrooms and a small cozy couch to relax in. There are three main suites, each with a private bath, plus a child-friendly bunk room with a twin-over-double bunk and a twin-over-twin bunk with a private bath. All of these bedrooms also offer accent lighting and TVs. The laundry room is located in the hall for easy access from the other floors.

The lower level of Ocean Heart offers a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, sink, cabinetry, and seating including a small dining table with chairs and a game table with booth seating perfect for playing cards or a board game. Extra food and beverage storage as well as a bath, making this very convenient for accessing the hot tub (just outside the sliding door) and the pool area. Two bedrooms are on the lower level, one with access to the second bath.

The middle and upper levels have decks with access from west-facing bedrooms and offer both sunny and shady places to catch the sun’s rays and to view the amazing sunsets you will be entertained with nightly. Plenty of parking rounds out this great house making Ocean Heart a great choice for your family vacation.

Things to Know
This home has a dedicated cleaner for the entire summer and there will not be any cleaning issues.
The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.
In response to previous reviews regarding mold, we want to assure you that this property has had a thorough remediation process, followed by comprehensive testing that confirmed the absence of mold. We continuously strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety at this property, and this home has a dedicated cleaner for the entire summer, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
