No notification of under construction.. carpet is filthy..poor cooling systems, pictures of rooms are not what you get! They were working from the evening I got there..pool closed.. Dining area filthy..no ice machine.. The staff however were extremely nice ..Marcus was the best !

Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean. I got a suite instead of the one bedroom I was expecting. Halls were quiet. And it's not far from outlet shopping. Works stay here again.

The hotel did not have my reservation when I arrived. We had to drive around Virginia Beach for two hours looking for a hotel after midnight! The experience was horrific!

Convenient location near the airport. Off a busy road with dining and shopping options - but hotel was quiet.

The room I was initially assigned looked as if someone tried to kick in the door. I had a room with 2 queen beds. One of the beds had dirty sheets, and the other bed looked as if a child made it up. The bathroom tub had black hair on it in several places, and bathroom door had drops of what looked liked blood on it.
