Welcome to Bayview Beauty, a bayside, luxury condo with amazing water views at the Sanctuary at False Cape. A stunning bay view is exactly what you'll enjoy from the moment you enter this relaxing, two-bedroom, bay front condo. Updated in 2022 with new furnishings, this is the perfect place for the family to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. From the moment you arrive and see the spectacular views over the protected banks of the Back Bay National Wildlife Preserve, you'll be able to unwind and start enjoying beach time. The Sanctuary is located right on the beach, so no need to cross any roads to have your toes in the sand and feel the soft breeze off the ocean.

The spacious living area offers plenty of room for family and friends to gather and take in the breathtaking colors of the nightly sunsets. The floors of the main living area are beautiful tile, so there's no need to worry about tracking in wet sand. The kitchen is well-equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. After dinner each evening, you can stream movies on the 55” SMART TV in the family room or just lie back and relax in one of the comfortable bedrooms, also equipped with cable TV and high speed Wi-Fi. Disney+, Hulu, ESPN, and Netflix are complimentary, and of course you can stream all your favorite shows on your home account through secure Contour apps.

This beach home is owned and operated by a local couple, and we will do our best to ensure that your vacation is convenient and enjoyable. Check in is no hassle, as we will greet you and help you navigate the facility on your arrival. No long line ups, just personalized service from the owners, who hope our guests have a great vacation in this fantastic beach locale. We have a cart available to bring up your luggage and any groceries, as well as a storage locker in the garage level with 6 Tommy Bahamas beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys for the kids, and a beach cart (as well as a Coleman cooler on wheels located in the condo) to make your beach days fun and easy.


RESORT AMENITIES

The Sanctuary offers wonderful on-site amenities, including outdoor pools (open Memorial Day weekend to mid-September), Viking grills, and two fitness centers. There is also a licensed onsite restaurant, Jose Tequilas, open every day from 11am to 10pm, serving up delicious Mexican food. In the summer season, the cabana restaurant is open and has a swim up bar.

Adjacent to the complex is the 400-foot fishing pier at Little Island Park, including a children's playground, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, and volleyball courts, and enough public parking for the unexpected visitor.


WHAT'S NEARBY

Baja Restaurant is right across from the Sanctuary and has delicious seafood and tasty fine dining along with a fun, casual beach vibe.

Back Bay Getaway, across the road from the Sanctuary, offers paddle board, kayak, and jet ski rentals, which are easily reserved online.

Just down the road, you can explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, which offers beach access and hiking trails galore, as well as great bicycling and a convenient kayak launch.

This condo is located on the 3rd floor, B building. Unit number is 330B.

No pets are allowed at the Sanctuary condos for guests.

Smoking is prohibited except in designated garage areas.

Maintenance of the Sanctuary condo complex takes place from October to April. There is ongoing construction in both buildings, and we will make sure to notify guests of any impacts to their stay.


Parking notes: There is parking for two vehicles in the parking garage under building B. Please park one vehicle in the assigned parking space for 330B. The second vehicle may be parked in any unmarked space. Please ensure permits are displayed at all times, as towing is strictly enforced at your expense. No parking is available anywhere else in the development. Elevators are near the parking space, and we have a cart to bring up your luggage and any groceries.

Our customers tell us they can't get enough of the helpful staff at this condo building. During your stay, you're just a quick walk from Sandbridge Beach. An outdoor pool and a gym are available. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the condo.

Just what we needed
Owner was so nice and offered to help for anything that might come up. When I opened the door, 1st thing I noticed was how clean the unit was. Kitchen was well stock with everything we would need. WIFI worked really well. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels and we had beach towels also. Nice. Building is well secured for only guest can go in and out. Beach was so nice. We will return for sure.

Wonderful Stay
Our host (Eddi) greeted us upon arrival. She gave us a lot of great information and even left snacks for us to enjoy. The condo was clean and has a great view of the bay. The property has 3 pools, which were all very much used by my kids. We also used the well-equipped gym on site. The beach is also located right on site and Eddi has everything you could need for the beach (chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler, wagon, etc.). There’s a lot of shopping nearby and lots of activities to enjoy. We’ve stayed at a lot of Vrbo’s and this one was one of our favorites.

We had the best vacation! Great area. It was quiet and relaxing. The condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 adults. Eddi was an amazing host. Her communication was excellent. She was able to get us into the condo a bit early. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed plus some. There were snacks available. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. She even had beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella and a cart to get it all to the beach. We woukd love to stay again! Definitely recommend!

My wife and I visited with my sister in celebration of her graduation. We specifically chose this listing because of proximity to the beach, while also having a view of the bay for sunsets over the water. I researched several listings prior to booking our three-day stay, and I am so glad we chose Bayview Beauty. The host’s communication was superb - from answering initial questions to the time we pulled into the parking garage, their responsive was amazing. The care and consideration shown during the check in process was unique, and it was immediately apparent that Eddi truly cares about her guests. The property itself offered indescribable sound sunset views and easy access to the ocean. It was well appointed, and the only thing we needed was food (literally)! The cart was extra helpful with transporting luggage from our vehicle to the condo. The property has been well loved and cared for, it was very clean, and super comfortable. A Fantastic Experience
This was our first visit to Virginia Beach. The location of the condo was convenient to beach access, pools, and fine dining. There were activities and entertainment in the surrounding areas. Great Family Vacation
My wife, two young daughters, and I had a wonderful vacation renting the condo. The condo was larger and nicer than we had expected and was more than enough for a family of four. We often enjoyed the view from the balcony overlooking the bay. The property owner was extremely helpful and responsive both before and during our stay. They also had everything we needed for fun on the beach. The beach access is close and convenient and the beach is large and beautiful. This end of the beach also seems to be where the lifeguards are regularly posted, which made us feel safe when enjoying the ocean with our young kids. The pools were pretty nice as well. The location of the condo is great with a park nearby. Overall, a great experience near a beautiful beach. 100% would stay again!

What a wonderful stay at The Sanctuary at Sandbridge Beach! Our owner greeted us upon arrival and gave us tour of facility! Everything about the place was well thought out and placed. Pictures don’t do justice to how nice and bright the place is. If I had any complaint, it would be the master bed needs to be refreshed. The sag on either side of the bed was very noticeable compared to the middle of the bed. Awesome hosts! I had bad coverage to stream music in the workout room and they offered to lend me their old school iPod even!
