This holiday house is idyllically situated in the countryside in a little village, near the village pond. The Le Grand Morin river runs through the locality. Your accommodation is in the midst of an agricultural enterprise and you are welcome to assist with the farm work or in the vineyard, depending on the season, and benefit from the peace and quiet of nature at the gateway to the Champagne region.
The roofed terrace has garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue. The enclosed site is surrounded by a hedge and is suitable for children. There are parking spaces for two to three cars in the enclosed courtyard.
The house provides 100m² of space for five people. It has a bathroom with a shower and a double washbasin, as well as a separate toilet. The parents’ bedroom provides a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a dresser. The second bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190cm) and a single bed (90 x 190cm) and a cupboard. The kitchen is fully-equipped. The big living room comprises a sitting area with a corner sofa and a dining space. The house has oil central heating.
The nearest bakery is four kilometres away. All other shops are 12km away. If you enjoy spending time in nature, you can walk through the vineyards or go horse riding. As the house is just 100 kilometres to the east of Paris, you can of course also visit the French capital or spend a day in Disneyland, which children will enjoy. You can also visit Reims and Epernay, the capital of the Champagne region.
Of course you can take part in tasting champagne produced by the owner. The house has free wireless Internet access. Mainline calls within France are free.
