Our Asturian family house, unpretentious but full of charm, has more than 200 years of history and is located in an incomparable natural environment. Designed to offer you a cozy and comfortable experience, it has everything you need to make you feel at home, but with the advantage of being surrounded by the natural beauty of Asturias.

Full rental with 4 bedrooms, two of which retain the typical structure of an old house, giving it a unique character. The large and equipped kitchen will allow you to enjoy your favorite dishes, while the bathroom on the main floor will make your stay more comfortable.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious open-plan living room with a fireplace, the perfect place to relax on cold evenings, along with another bathroom for added comfort.

The house has large outdoor areas and spectacular views. Enjoy the small front terrace, ideal for outdoor breakfasts, and the much larger rear terrace, equipped with a barbecue, ideal for enjoying long afternoons with friends or family.

The rural villages of Villaviciosa offer fewer services, but much more space to relax. Away from the urban bustle, you will have the opportunity to enjoy an uninterrupted rest, where tranquility and nature are the protagonists.
