Little, almost secret gem in Vilassimus
Little gem and steal for the money 100 yards from beautiful and almost private beach. stayed 2 nights, was very surprised of property location.Nice and warm swimming pool with bubble corner. sadly kitchen didnt work due to Covid 19 but the owner lady still made us coffee and some sweet treats every morning.Property is in very good location , very close to some of the best beaches of Vilassimus. Room we had was big, comfy bed, nice linens and even beach towels.

All arrivo siamo stati mandati in un altra struttura avevamo prenotato una suite da 60 metri con vista mare ci siamo ritrovati in una stanza da 15 metri anche se carina e pulita , ma che non centrava niente con quello visto e prenotato poco professionale

Arrivata lì alle 16.30 non sono stata accolta da nessuno….il titolare dopo una chiamata mi dice che arriva dopo 20 minuti ma alle 17.30 non si vede nessuno… decido di godermi la vacanza e lo avviso del mio spostamento. Mi chiede scusa che vi daremo visti più tardi… cosa mai successa … chiedo un check out ritardato almeno L utilizzo della piscina per il gg dopo…. Mi viene detto di sì… ma alle 17,30 vengo mandata via per un attivo presunto di un gruppo che nn si è mai visto …. Stessa scusante usata per lasciare la camera… mai presi i documenti…. Per il resto posto fantastico, camere confortevoli e silenziose …

Arrivo e non trovo nessuno ad accogliermi, dopo diverse chiamate finalmente ricevo risposta e riesco ad entrare in camera. La camera non è quella prenotata ma una camera di qualità inferiore. Il mattino dopo chiedo spiegazioni e mi viene data la camera giusta. Prezzo eccessivo (complice anche il sovrapprezzo Expedia) per una struttura che fornisce 1/10 dei servizi elencati in fase di prenotazione. Non c'è colazione, bagnoschiuma, shampoo, pulizia giornaliera. La tv non funzionava, gli asciugamani avevano aloni gialli e lo scarico della doccia era tappato. A fine soggiorno mi aspettavo quantomeno uno sconto visto che la prima notte l'ho trascorsa in una camera inferiore e invece nulla. La struttura ha un buon potenziale ma è totalmente trascurata.

Tranquille et près de la plage.
Établissement très calme, offrant une vue magnifique sur la mer de la terrasse. Chambre petite mais et absence de serviette de bain (dommage, possible d'en avoir avec supplement). Petit déjeuner moyen (pas de fait maison) mais copieux. Tres limites les frais supplementaires (une trentaine d'euros pour 2 nuits en cash bien sur) au départ, la prestation étant déjà relativement élevée nous cherchons toujours de quoi il s'agit! Nous aurions aimé être prévenu avant du montant en réservant!
