This beautiful vacation home with private pool in Villanueva del Rosario is located in the interior of Andalusia. The "cortijo" has been restored true to its 150 year old construction and respecting the original aesthetic spaces.
Next to the kitchen there is a large separate dining room with fireplace, where up to 12 people can sit and enjoy meals together.
On hot summer days you can refresh yourself in the private pool, which is accessible via a staircase and is protected from view from the outside. The entire outdoor area is spacious and ideal for a stay with pets.
The house is an ideal starting point for trips to the popular Spanish cities of Seville, Cordoba or Granada.
The temperatures in summer are excellent and the surrounding area invites you to extensive walks at any time of the year.

Beautiful, spacious, rustic countryside property
Lots of space, great pool, comfy house, peaceful surroundings and beautiful landscape. The house is a traditional farm house and doesn't have a lot of modern comforts, but it's perfect for a comfy, peaceful escape from the modern world We had a comfortable and happy stay, the pool is a highlight, it was great and we had a lot of fun there. It is a bit remote, there is a nearby service station with some limited food and drink options if you're desperate, but you will need to drive to explore. It's well situated for Granada, Seville, Cordova, Nerja and of course Malaga. There are a couple of caged dogs on the property which whine and bark a bit, and the nearby hotel was a bit loud during one weekend, but this didn't spoil our visit.
