Our newly built farmhouse Hallerhof is situated in a quiet, sunny location on the south side of the lower Eisack valley. The property is located in Villanders, 800 m above sea level, and boasts a beautiful view of the Dolomites. The village of Villanders is a small holiday paradise for young and old with enchanting surroundings that you can enjoy in every season. The ground floor apartment consists of a spacious living/dining room with a sofa bed for 1 person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed and a single bed and one with a double bed) as well as one bathroom with a shower and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, a washing machine as well as a travel cot and a highchair. In your private outdoor area, you will find a panoramic terrace, a balcony and a barbecue. Relax outside on warm summer evenings and enjoy a glass of wine while you overlook the beautiful surroundings. A childrens playground is also located on the property, making this apartment the ideal accommodation for holidays with the whole family. The nearest supermarket is located a 3-minute drive away (1.7 km), 2 restaurants can also be reached by car in 3 minutes and a further selection of cafes and restaurants are approximately 8 minutes away driving. The Villanderer Alm (approximately 10 km away), with its many cosy huts (bars), where you can be spoilt with South Tyrolean delicacies, is ideal for hiking in summer. In winter there are wonderful cross-country ski runs up to the Rittner Horn, winter hiking trails and toboggan runs. This is also the ideal accommodation for ski enthusiasts as there are multiple ski resorts nearby that can be reached by car in approximately 30-40 minutes.

Superschöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage
In der Ferienwohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und bei jeder Anfrage sehr hilfsbereit. Für die Kinder gab es ein tolles Trampolin im Garten und für Unternehmung lagen jede Menge Prospekte bereit.
