This is our 3rd time staying at Sunset Shores this year on all occasions the sliding door from the bedroom to the patio had locking issues. We got to the restaurant for breakfast just before 7AM and were told nothing would be available until the staff arrive. We were unable to order even a coffee until this happened. Disappointing. On a positive note the staff were friendly.

Sunset Shores was a very great place to stay. The staffs were nice, the rooms were clean and had almost everything required for a confortable stay. Overall the environment and atmosphere were great and the amenities were reasonable. It was not difficult to get around to see places and some were even within walkable distances. I would definitely recommend to anybody who would be visiting St Vincent to stay at Sunset Shores Beach Hotel and Restaurant. I had an enjoyable time and maybe i will see St Vincent again sometime in the future..

The property is conveniently located, the kitchen staff was particularly friendly. The place needs upgrade. The shower facets in room 24 needs to change. My biggest disappointment was when I checked out of my room this morning. I know I had bracelet on the table where the tv is because there was where it was placed ever since I was in that room. I remembered bringing out my suitcases and my handbag and sat in the lobby waiting on the taxi. What I should have done before handing over the keys was to check one more time to ensure I picked up everything but I didn't. Is not untilI returned to my place of residence and undressing, I realized, I removed every other jewellery except my bracelet. I quickly called the hotel at 2:19pm and I relayed my story to the receptionist who said she will look into it and called back. After no call was returned, I decided to call back at 2:55 , this time the person whose name I didn't identified clearly said she spoke with the housekeeper and was told nothing was left in the room. I am not stupid and I know exactly where the bracelet was this morning. I don't like to judge but I can in this caes someone removed my bracelet and would not admit it now. Whether guest be foreign or local people must learn to be honest. If something is left in a room take it to the front desk. I am local and this whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth about your hotel.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of staying at this Resort during Hurricane Beryl. Even though it was a scary time, the staff made sure to keep us as safe as possible. The owner even stayed around to board up windows and make sure food options were provided to ride out the storm. The property also has a generator, so we really never lost power. Thus, I am very grateful for their hospitality during that time. Before the storm was a fun time. There is a tour operator not far to schedule a Catamaran tour to the other Vincy islands or other land tours. The food was good, but the seasoning could have been a bit better (may be a bit bias because Im from Louisiana, lol). If you are someone who likes to leave the resort, carrying around an actual key could seem a bit much, but you can easily remove it from the oversized holder to stuff somewhere as you go. The resort could use some room upgrades and the pool could be bigger, but overall, it was a wonderful experience.
