Located on Paseo Pau Casals, the heart of La Pineda. Right in front of Perruquet Park, a playground located on the beachfront and inspired by the main elements of nature: water, wind, light, and earth.
During the summer, family shows, outdoor cinema, and Habaneras concerts are organized there.
Surrounded by all kinds of services, restaurants, and just a step away from Aquopolis Costa Daurada.
You won't need the car for anything!
DISTRIBUTION
Semi-renovated penthouse with capacity for 5 people and 2 bedrooms. It consists of a living-dining room with an open kitchen. Master bedroom with a double bed. Second bedroom (added through construction) with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower. Second outdoor shower with hot water.
And a spectacular terrace with sea views.
- Single sofa bed in the living room. Maximum capacity of 5 people.
- Ideal for a family with 2 or 3 children.
- 1 air conditioning unit in the living room and 1 in each bedroom.
- Group reservations are not accepted.
- Pets are not allowed
- Outdoor parking space. Upon request and with an additional fee.
- The elevator does not reach the floor. You have to climb the last floor by the stairs.
- The second bedroom can be accessed from the terrace or from the bathroom. The indoor shower is located in the bedroom area (check the pictures carefully).
Good to know:
- Reservations for groups are not accepted.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.
· Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.
- It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.
