It was so bad i had to change and got threthened with lawyers and they were going to call my bank...!!! I would not recommend to ever consider staying there after my experience. The worst I have had on the site in 10-years as a client.

Der Checkin funktioniert über kleine Schlüsseltressore. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten, von einem Bieter Appartement auf zwei Appartements 👍 Das einchecken ist ab 15:00 Uhr, nach Absprache auch anders. Wir sind trotz Absprache nicht früher, sondern erst ab 15:00 Uhr eingelassen worden. Beim Punkt Sauberkeit, hier gibt es Unterschiedliche Meinungen. Aber für uns ist noch sehr viel Luft nach oben, dass geht definitiv besser. Die Duschen sind baulich schon so, dass man diese eigentlich nur mit geschlossenen Türen reinigen kann, so entstehen leider unansehnliche Stellen. Die Badezimmer haben einen Abluftschacht, durch diesen hört man das ganze Haus. Geht aber, wenn man die Raumtür schließt. Es fehlt in den Küchen an Arbeitsmaterial: Töpfe, Pfannen, usw. Die Fernseher haben in beiden Appartements nicht funktioniert, auch eine defekte Leuchte wurde nach Meldung versucht zu reparieren. Aber leider über eine Woche nicht geschafft. Einen Ausblick hat man in den Hof, ist aber nicht schlimm. Es ist halt eine Appartementanlage mit mehreren Etagen, ohne Aufzug, im Hinterhof. Die Anlage liegt sehr nahe der Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Sehr Gute Erreichbarkeit der Sehswürdigkeiten 👍 Lebensmittel bekommt man noch dichter gekauft. Im großen und ganzen ist es eine günstige Möglichkeit um Wien von dort aus zu erkunden. Nur es müssten ein paar Dinge verbessert oder verändert werden, damit man sich noch wohler fühlt.

Die Ausstattung war minimalistisch, in der Küche (2 Kochplatten) gab es keine Gläser, im Schrank keine Bügel. Alle Leitungen waren auf Putz. Die Klospülung war mit Klebeband repariert. Die Straße war laut, Schlaf mit offenem Fenster nicht möglich.
