zentral gelegenes Stadthotel. Sämtliche Mitarbeitenden sind sehr zuvorkommend und serviceorientiert. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Man fühlt sich einfach rundherum wohl.

Expensive hotel without professional service. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated but the technology was somewhat a mess-the remote control eg was difficult to use and not due to the lack of skill but the tablet just being very difficult to navigate and use- what is the point of having technology in place that is not serving its purpose. Be careful about breakfast pricing. When checking in, the breakfast was promoted with the price of 39 euros which turned out to be more than double due to the unprofessional service of the restaurant staff. Also booked a room with city view and got something else - we were asked the first day if we wanted to change the room to one with city view but when checking out and asking about refund we were told that there aren’t any rooms with city view. No refund and when we were paying the breakfast, were asked for cash payment due to the card machine not working but when we told them that we didn’t have cash, suddenly the payment could be made by card. Just felt somehow very dishonest and unprofessional- not something you’d expect from a hotel with this rating . Would definitely not stay here again nor recommend it to anyone
