The room was clean and well-maintained, with everything necessary provided, which was great. However, the tissue box in the room was empty, and the key card that should have been prepared in the room was missing. As a result, it was difficult to turn on the lights initially. I think an inspection of the room before guests are shown to it is necessary. The location was in a quiet area, and it was easy to access the city center by metro. Although it takes just under 10 minutes to walk from the metro station, there’s a tram stop right in front of the hotel. There’s also a kids’ play area, making it a great choice for families with young children. We had a very comfortable stay.

This place was perfect for our 4-night stay. Very clean, smelled amazing, all the kitchen utensils and plates etc. It had plenty of room in the bathroom, living area and the bedroom was good with a huge cupboard. We had 3 cons however; 1) The view from our room (248) wasn't the best and looked over the remainder of the building and an industrial estate 2) there was a construction site just down from the hotel and they were doing piling works which was extremely noisy so mornings were a bit loud coming from outside and lastly 3) the bed was made of two single beds which slid apart if we ventured into the middle at any point, just a bit of a nuisance. All small cons, don't let these detract you from booking this place. It really is fantastic and very reasonably priced! Oh, and there's a tram way right on the street of the hotel or there's a train station at the bottom of the street - perfect!

Great hotel, not in the center but there is a bus stop right in front that makes it getting around very easy. They have a public parking garage next to the hotel for easy parking and parking on the street. Hotel is generally quiet and safe. We had a small issue which they rectified immediately, communication with the hotel was answered promptly.

Parking was easy, just beneath the hotel. The hotel is above a very specific section of the underground parking structure - there are at least 3 ways up, and only the middle way leads to the hotel. Going up a different staircase can make one easily lost. Parking is a bit pricey at $39 euro per day, so plan for that. You can park offsite but that would be very inconvenient. As far as the hotel goes- the room was amazing and clean. Highly recommend!!!

We stayed at this property for 2 days in late September. This ApartHotel is perfect. Place was spacious, large living room and a large bedroom with very sizeable shower. Kitchen and dinning area was good too. Kitchen had Al amenities I could ask for. Bedding was very comfortable. Property is in right front of 62 (Tram) and 62A bus. With this and Google Maps, you can navigate anywhere on Vienna. I did not rent car and I strongly advice against renting one in Bienna. Their public transportation is best in class (and safe too). Receptionist were very helpful and courteous. I would give 10/10 on all fronts. Thanks

convenient streetcar and bus stop directly in front of hotel, (Vienna transit is excellent) grocery stores approx. 1k away. Pizza restaurant downstairs. A bit loud because it backs onto the rail tracks
