The receptionist was so rude and unhelpful, in addition to that the room was unprepared with any toiletries or anything, even when I asked the reception for paper tissues they gave me couple of them and told me every time you need you can pass by the reception but we dont have upstairs, the location is perfect and the parking was so organized and easy to access

Great location with good transport links, helpful staff, comfortable, clean and quiet. Good size room. Good breakfast. 24 hour bar. Room service every 3 days, no tea making facilities in room but hot water and mugs available on request from the bar.

Room not being attended i had to go and beg for towel etc and take out the trash myself everyday rooms have no phone and to go downstairs asking for anything you have to wait a long time to be attended they have only one person working there at front desk go to another hotel if you can

Long time for check in but staff hurried up the process. Room had only 1 towel and no cups was told we needed to request ahead of time. During us leaving housekeeping barged in without knocking. Except for the nuances the staff was very accommodating and the hotel was close to the main train station.

Hotel is well located. Tram stops close by, main train station 5 minutes away. Easy walking distance to some attractions such as the Belvedere. The staff was helpful, we arrived well before check-in time and they were able to store our luggage for us free of charge. The hotel's interior design is unique and colourful. It was a great spot to stay.

Overall great no safe in room
The good is easy check-in (even allowed us to check in early), decent breakfast variety, unique style / interiror design, comfy bed, location right by train station platform (5 minute walk), lots of places to eat within 10 minute walk, plus supermarket at train station. The bad... no safe in room, only change towels if you stay 3 nights or more, slippery shower stall need skid pads for safety, elevator only goes to floor you are staying on (with room card, so cant visit friends on other floors), squeegee to clean water in shower would be nice & the only towel rack is IN the shower so when you hang it up, it gets all the water from the shower wall ( not good if you have to use your towel for a few days )

Very convenient location near Vienna train station and Belvedere Palace. Place is clean, but need to know that they will only make up the room after the 3rd night unless you specifically ask at the reception

A great hotel in a great location.
A nice modern hotel in a great location. Only let down by the over priced breakfast at 18 euros. Was not worth it and the most expensive of our 15 hotels so far.
