Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff at reception were fantastic. Buffet breakfast was vegetarian which was great for my daughter! They don't supply hair conditioner but all toiletries are from Rituals. Slept like a baby here and highly recommended.

Lovely hotel across the road from the main train station in Vienna. The hotel and the staff were fantastic and we found the overall experience really relaxing. We got a 9th floor room with a city view and it was very quiet with a fantastic view over the city. The room was quiet and very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We’d stay here again on another visit in a heartbeat.

A lovely modern hotel with funky decor throughout. Staff were always friendly and helpful especially on reception and in the restaurant at breakfast. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious everyday. The hotel's location is great for the main train station, trams, underground and buses. Our room had a city view which was great and it was nice to view out the round windows. I would recommend this hotel

The hotel was nice. Disappointed that the rooftop bar was closed during our stay and the bartender in the downstairs lounge was very rude. Not sure we would stay there again for these reasons.

Absolutely amazing room. Stayed in top floor room with gorgeous view of Vienna. The whole building was super clean and the staff at check in were amazing. Helped me with a map, places to eat, methods of travel, etc etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Good location right across from the main train station and a grocery store for room snacks and needs. Staff was kind however unfortunately a couple of items in our room needed attention like the shower backing up and the towel warmer not working. After mentioning to staff were fixed. Cute little bar area with a coffee shop and drinks. We booked the suite and the view and windows were AMAZING. Highly recommend the extra few dollars for this room.

Really good stay at Mooons - i was there for two nights as i explored Vienna Big rooms, not muh noise in the night, really good shower, super hlpful staff, i dont think i could ask for more! My only minor quibble is the habit of giving a traveller two single duvets on a king sized bed, id much prefer a single larger duvet

Great location being so close to the station, and only a 30 minute walk into the centre of Vienna. Staff were helpful and breakfast was a lovely start to the day. The only downside was that the rooms were way too warm, and the air con didn't seem to work. Goodness knows what the summer is like, as we stayed in October and the room was way too warm.

Convenient location across Vienna HBF and walkable to underground station too. Room was ready when we reached in the morning and staff kindly allowed us to check in early. Standard amenities provided including one bottle of water per day. Didn’t have their breakfast. Overall a good stay.
