Location is excellent. Service is poor. We arrived late and tired. The person at the lobby gave us a room at the second floor so I asked if there was a room at a higher floor hoping to get a room with a better view and further from street noise. The person acted surprised and asked "why would you want a different room?". After I explained he seemed to look for a room and said there was no better room. I am pretty sure there was other rooms available since it was a Tuesday on low season. I did verify with a different person the next morning and they had other rooms. So he gave us the key to the room on the second floor and then we found out there was no elevator to that floor! So we had to carry our luggage to the second floor and we had a big bag. So this person not only was lazy to try to find a better room for us but gave us the room where we had to carry our own luggage since there was no elevator. One would hope much better service from this hotel. I DON'T recommend it.

Rooms were good and beds comfortable. Newly renovated facility. Inconsistency between our room and our companions. They had a fridge - we did not. Our safe worked - theirs did not. No working AC and so had to have the windows open at night. Lots of street noise at night and lots of nearby construction that starts at 630am

Recently had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Rathauspark Wien. The staff was warm, friendly, and helpful. Room was ready early upon arrival; it was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Great location within the Inner Stadt neighborhood, walkable to all the major sights, shops, and dining. Would recommend!

The hotel was switch to their sister hotel due to construction the name of the hotel is Austria trend hotel Europa which is in the city center, close to stephenplatz subway station, I like the hotel due to location, in front has 2 cafe that serves food whole day, everything is close by walking distance to most place to see In Vienna. We did not purchase the breakfast co it's 28 euro per person which we are across to the cafe for 3 and we paid 40euro.

Renovations had commenced. We got shut on 3rd floor on the first evening with no means of fire escape as hardboard floor for building works had wedged corridor door closed. No phones in room but luckily had a mobile to phone externally so receptionist could come and free the door so we could access stairs or lift and leave the building for our evening meal. Electrics not working properly. Items wouldn’t charge. Safe in room was broken and had to be replaced on second day with valuables kept in paper envelopes at reception desk for first day/night. Limited breakfast. Room not cleaned properly, cups not washed etc. Limited tea and coffee. No milk in rooms and none available at reception. All in all a really poor show for a radisson hotel. Charged €60 for transport from airport arranged by hotel. Driver came into reception and discreetly gave receptionist a cash ‘backhander’. Uber return to the airport was €32. Vienna itself is a lovely city and well worth a visit but stay somewhere else.

The hotel was being renovated outside and our standard room was very small with a double bed squeezed in against a wall. The hallway light didn’t work and there was a shortage of mirrors in the room. The location is good and the fruit and nuts in the lobby were a nice touch

We loved out stay at the Hotel Rathauspark. It is ideally situated, within walking distance of many attractions, and the staff were superbly friendly and helpful. Even though a part of the facility was undergoing renovation we did not experience noise or inconvenience, except that the lounge area was not available. Breakfast was sumptuous. Shoutout to Kain who always greeted us with a warm smile.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Absolutely nothing like described on the internet. I can’t believe The Radisson put their name to this hotel. Probably more like a 2 star. Decor from the 80’s, shower didn’t work, hairdryer broken, marks on the table, trip hazards in the hallway.

The hotel itself was lovely. However the exterior and interior are both under construction. The hotel did contact me and advised me of this on advance. It is situated in an excellent location for transportation to the main sights via the tram system and there are two sightseeing bus stops very close to the hotel.

Great location!
Great location, very easy to travel to and from! Located on a quiet street close to a beautiful catherdral. I booked the single economy room and it matched expectations. Other reviews complain thats it's small and dated but I found it fine, it is on the smaller side but depending on the type of traveller you are, thats fine. The hotel is a base for me and I intend to spend my time elsewhere so for that, it was perfect. I'm a big guy and found it fine, the bathroom was the only "issue" as the shower cobicle was the size of me but I made do.
