We got an apartment style room in the third floor. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable for three adults. We had a small kitchen, fridge and microwave which were useful. The hotel is really close to a supermarket, tram stops and restaurants. It's on a walking distance from the city center. Overall good for the price.

This is not a Hotel. It is a jail. A very old building with old dirty carpet, uneven floors, nasty bad smell throughout the entire building. We couldn’t stay there and n less than an hour we could move another hotel. The new hotel was almost the same price but was fantastic. This is the worse hotel I’ve ever seen. Not worth a dime per night. So far we have wasted more than 600 USD. Besides, that the hotel denied our request for cancellation although we agreed to pay for the first night. They said cancellation is not possible because we’ve booked via Expedia. Today, we’re flying back to US and I will contact Expedia for a claim and request for a refund. If Expedia denies our request, I never use Expedia again. Such a Bad Experience Never Again.

The staff is friendly and the room was clean and proper. They let us keep our bags since we were going to explore the city even after our checkout. They were very accommodating and nice!

An older hotel, but nicely equipped. Breakfast was pricey, so we elected to eat on our own at a cute cafe. Hotel is located close to the tram and walkable to many shops and restaurants. Our stay here was a very nice experience and would recommend this hotel,

The hotel room was good sized, clean, very good place, But while we stayed there the A/C was broken, and it was a very hot day. We couldn’t sleep well at night because of the temperature in the room, and the reception while acknowledging that there is an issue with A/C said that it’s technically working just very low (which is BS). They did put some fans and chiller in one of the rooms but it was not very effective

Mixed Experience at a Well-Located Hotel I recently stayed at this hotel and found it well-located with friendly staff and good value for money. The staff were accommodating and the hotel is conveniently walkable to attractions. However, the AC in our room was not working, which made it uncomfortably hot. This issue impacted my experience enough to rate it 3 stars.
