My 3rd time there in less than 3 weeks, and my worst time, I joined the Marriot rewards club and haven't seen any rewards for 3 visits. Then top it off I was placed on the 3rd floor and heard people walking above me, and I was missing both remote controls for the televisions, worse stay EVERS

It’s a nice place to stay!! I think they should have more staff at the front desk we arrived on Saturday around 5 and couldn’t get in until someone showed up to open the main door. It is great that no one can get in unless they have a key card or someone’s at the front door. But there should always be someone at front desk, for when people arrive.
