Staff was friendly- for a French speaking hotel they were able and willing to communicate in English. We arrived at 3:30, they are very stingy about 4pm check in. Waited in foyer with 1 year old until 4pm. Womens bathroom did not have a baby change room but the mens did. Buffet breakfast was included- but very basic. No ventilation in bathrooms. Very humid.

The hotel was good! The room was nice. The bed very comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of variety. There were scrambled eggs, ham, sausage beans, veggies and potatoes. There were waffles, fresh fruit,cheese, muffins and more. The staff were very friendly. Great place!

Although we had a few issues the first night, the staff took care of us and made our stay more comfortable the second night. I recommend that when you make your reservation that you request the new renovated section of the establishment. It was very nice, updated and very clean.

I was on a business tour in New Brunswick Most of hotels there were ok but once I went to the victorin it was much cheaper and better or we can say excellent compare to the dumps I was in for double the money

Personnels très gentils, Très bon brunch compris dans la réservation. Micro onde et petit frigo dans ma chambre Spa extérieur et piscine à l’intérieur, ( très propre ) Les oreillers sont un peu trop minces ( à mon goût ) La propreté est bien, mais pas très bien ( à mon goût) Beaucoup de parking MAIS JE RECOMMANDE CETTE HÔTEL
