The hotel was very well located, so convenient to the inner harbour, shopping and restaurants! The best part about our stay was the excellent service provided by the staff! We were kind of high maintenance guests and the staff was very accommodating, friendly and professional!

Two issues for me. No outlet for charging on the right side of the bed. Only on the left. My husband had to drag the plug for his CPAP across the mattress to my side of the bed. The HVAC was super noisy and the filter needed cleaning. Super disappointing
