Whether you're visiting Victoria for a family vacation or a group getaway, our adorable house offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.
This is a 2 story house, 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms upstairs, and an attached 1 bedroom suite with bathroom + kitchenette downstairs that is included in this listing.

As you step into our house, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, with stylish décor and modern amenities throughout. The open-concept living area is perfect for spending quality time together, with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

The fully-equipped kitchen features modern appliances and all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. Whether you're hosting a family dinner or preparing a picnic for a day of exploring, you'll find everything you need right at your fingertips.

Each of the four bedrooms is thoughtfully designed for utmost comfort and plush bedding. One of the bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy, while the remaining bedrooms offer flexibility with queen-sized beds and bunk beds, perfect for accommodating groups of all sizes.

With four bathrooms, there's never any need to wait in line for your turn to freshen up. Each bathroom is sleek and modern, with clean lines and premium fixtures.

House Rules:
-There is no smoking on the property ( including vaping )
-Parties and loud noises will not be tolerated
-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am to respect all neighbours.
-NO PETS allowed
-Only the number of registered guests are allowed to stay in the house
-We are on a septic system so please be gentle and flush toilet paper only.

**If not followed you will be asked to leave and you could be fined.**

PLEASE NOTE: Below the concrete garage, which is seperate from the main house (no door connects the garage to the house, garage is locked), there is a full time tenant/property caretaker in a below ground basement suite. Living spaces and access to the suite is completely separate.

During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Langford Lanes. A kitchen and 4 bathrooms are available in the vacation home.

Family and I enjoyed Christmas week 2024 in this lovely home. Clean, modern, and well-equipped, our stay went smoothly from check in to check out. Good location to town. Stunning views from the balcony. Cozy beds. Definitely recommended.

Great view, ideal for family gathering
We booked the property to host brunch for great grandparents with family. Given the price, I would have expected more organization of the kitchen. Laundry (dishtowels, etc) were still in the machine. We folded towels and such to use from the machine. Cutlery/kitchen utensils were haphazard and required a hunt to find things. The house is austere but absolutely adequate and the view is unbelievable. The spaciousness, the fooseball table, the large dining room table, the rooms were just excellent. Given the winds, things were tossed about on the porch. We were unsure as to whether we could use the fireplace (? wood) so we did not. Overall, we would come again but would expect it to look a little more kept and ready for arrivals. Perhaps something decorative in the fireplace if it is not for use.
