The rooms were large but Incredibly dirty, from “drips” on the mirror to stains on the curtains, dirty windows and black stuff stuck to the sheets tucked under the bed, it was a horrible experience. The place is for sale and looks decrepit from the outside too. We found the door to our room open after checking in. The carpet in the hallways is bubbling and overall it was very scuzzy and we couldn’t wait to leave.
Everything was old specially mattresses , wall hair dryer was not repaired or working they never returned my damaged deposit , it is hard to get hold of staff and manager, they do that in purpose to rip of the pocket of visitors because visitors come and go and don’t bother if they can’t phone or communicate easy, so they can keep the money when they hide themselves or showing they are busy or unavailable, expedia should delete them from the list definitely
Check in was quick and painless and the front desk was very polite. Its not super ritzy, but youre getting what you pay for. Location was good and the bed was comfortable! Ill stay again if i want a discount nights sleep!
I checked in and immediately checked out. It was dirty and smelled really bad of stale urine. It was entertaining in a sense because it felt like a hotel from a horror movie and it had a random cat you could hear in the halls.
Extremely convenient location! You can walk anywhere from here! If you're just looking for a place to sleep and store your stuff this is perfect. The price to stay downtown is amazing! The hotel could just use a bit of a facelift so it doesnt look too sketchy.

The property looks a little rough around the edges but inside the rooms are quite nice, clean rooms and comfy beds. The bathroom tub and floors could be re done but nothing that would stop me from staying there again. Lots of sirens at night though but can’t be helped since it’s downtown Victoria it’s always noisy

Close to Hwy. 17 and Hwy. 1, walking distance to Parliament Building, Fisherman’s Wharf and etc.
If these guys had comfortable beds they could have easily charged me twice what they did and I wouldn't have complained. As it is though, while the price of the rooms don't make my back less sore, the price and the AMAZING location easily make this a destination I'll return to. (only I'm going to make sure to pack a foam mattress to help me sleep through the night)
I would stay here if you have to choose between sleeping in your car/ on a street or here. Area is full of homeless, mould in the room, blew a fuse using a hairdryer, dingy, dark, filthy. This place needs an inspection, surprised it still has a license to operate.
