Terrible customer service and very unprofessional staff/manager. We stayed at this place for two nights with our 3 month old child and during our second day we found a mice in our room. Due to our safety reasons we requested them to change our room which they refused and recommended us to get refund. Later, they themselves refused to give refund as well due to their unethical and unprofessional business attitude and business policy.

it was the only place available at a reasonable price. it was surprisingly a pleasant stay, its in a good location, close to everything even water. five min uber ride to castle and all.

Stained bedsheets, stained towels, and dirty bathtub that had clearly not been cleaned between guests. Mice were evidently living in the walls as we had a mouse in our room on the third floor, and we also saw one in the luggage storage room. When we brought up these issues and asked to get out bed sheets towels changed as well as our bath tub cleaned the staff member we spoke to got defensive and started arguing with us instead of immediately fixing the issues. The ONLY thing this place has going for it is the location. Pretty much everything we wanted to do was within a 20 minute walk, which was convenient. But for the price we paid ($250 per night), the uncleanliness, and the absolutely horrendous service (from the particular staff member we dealt with) it was not nearly worth it. I could not recommend this place less. Do not book.

Parking in secure area below the building. 5 min walk to save on foods arena. Nice spacious room, just getting a little bit old is all. I enjoyed my stay. Will return.

Owner is just out to make money
It needs major renovations, especially the bathroom. There was hair on the sheets and the air conditioner was very noisy. The bed was also uncomfortable. Being the long weekend the rates were high and not worth the price. Also, make sure you bring your own shampoo and conditioner.

Filthy room. Loud banging in the lobby after midnight, and didn't feel safe to risk getting up to look. Charging $300 for this was an extreme ripoff. Never using Expedia again.

While the proximity to things in victoria was great, the mattresses are spring form and not kept in good repair at all. There was a hole in the ceiling, and the a/c was lacking. Is the cooler months there was a space heater that was sitting on the desk. When going into the bathroom the state of the shower was absolutely terrible. The caulking around the tub was peeling and there was clearly mildew all over the shower itself. The bottom of the tub was not cleaned properly and had residue and unknown substance in it. If we had another choice we would never stayed.

The motel room was dirty. There was beard trimmings and mouse feces. The mouse got into our snack bag and left a mess all over the table. The door handle was loose and felt unsafe. I would not recommend staying here. I wish I spent a little more and stayed at a nicer place.
