We stayed 3 nights and this will now be our go to hotel in Victoria. The hotel was so convenient/walkable to all downtown locations we wanted to go. The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast and happy hour were both fantastic. My only complaint is that there were no disposable slippers in the room to wear to the pool.

We had gotten 3 king suites rooms at the hotel. I’m not sure if other parts of the hotel are newer, but these rooms were very dated and had the hardest beds any of us have ever slept on. Other than that, it’s a great location and the staff were friendly.

We found a spider in our room as soon as we opened the door. The heat didn’t work very well at all. Lucky for us we didn’t spend much time in the room. And also for the price of the room I think parking should be included.

We’ve stayed at this hotel for a few years in a row in December. It’s always lovely and the staff is always great. However this year when we checked in to our room it clearly had not been vacuumed & there was debris all over the floor. And the mattress was hard as a rock. And very uncomfortable. Would stay again but in the renovated newer section with better beds. Pool was great as usual.
