Designed and purpose-built for short term rental, your space offers unrivaled privacy, luxury, and tranquility comparable to the best hotels in the City. The Space
Your private room is spacious and elegant. Luxury features include heated granite floors, recording studio grade soundproofing, comfortable lounge seating, and commissioned original paintings from local artists. Your private and spa-like ensuite bathroom is equipped with a rainfall shower and wall jets, and heated marble floors. Stay connected for business or personal use with private gigabit ethernet and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, and numerous streaming services on the 4k TV.

During your stay, you will have access to numerous shared amenities including; a massive deck designed for both relaxation and entertainment featuring a Weber BBQ, custom fire table, massive umbrella, Lazy Boy couches, and Royal Botania sun loungers. Indoor amenities include a fully equipped laundry room with countertop, sink, wine chiller, and fully stocked coffee and tea station. Wonderful Stay
We stayed just two nights, but wish we stayed more! Love the room, with all of the amenities. They treated us with a cinnamon bun on our arrival, which was a nice welcome. Everything was clean, cozy, and it was a great location for our visit. Thanks so much!

Awesome owner, home, unit and close to everything!
Simply amazing! The units are as described with furnishings, toiletries, provided items, accessibility, parking, etc. and the unit has a nice love seat to relax. Coffee maker, teas, snacks, drinks, and all the kitchen utensils if needed. Couldn’t have been more perfect! The public space has everything and the washer/dryer makes it very convenient, and we did wash. They even provide the laundry pods. The location to downtown is perfect. You can get there in 5-minutes. Butchart Gardens is a 30-minute drive, and Sidney just the next exit. The house is located just a block from coffee, bagels, patisserie, bbq, liquor store, ice cream, and a Thai restaurant all on Cook Street. Perfect location! And your hosts are unbelievable! Communication is excellent, access is made very easy, and they extend themselves to make sure you’re taken care of! We do a lot of VRBO’s from San Diego to Vancouver Island, and Brent and Deanna are an excellent host. They’ve set the bar for vacation rentals! Thank you for making our vacation exceptional! Can’t wait until we return.

Great Stay
We had a great stay in Victoria! The room is very close to several bus lines so I was easily able to get downtown to to see local attractions and tours. The common area was very helpful and included a beverage fridge and microwave, which was convenient (not originally in posting). Only issue was check-in. I needed to add my phone number to my "Account" on Vrbo to sync with the door code. Property owners quickly resolved the issue upon our arrival.

We had a wonderful stay, great location for price value, clean and very modern, new and well thought out with great facilities for use, our only remark is that the room was too hot and the fan provided did absolutely bare minimum to keep the room cool even while sleeping, it requires a AC unit to be installed or some other alternative. Thank you again
