The apartment is located in Viareggio in the Città Giardino district, so named for the gardens surrounding houses and palaces. The condominium is just 50 meters from the promenade and the beach. The apartment, on the third floor with lift, is spread over two levels and has been recently renovated and the bedrooms have air conditioning. At the access level there are the kitchenette, the living / dining room and the terrace with table and chairs overlooking the sea. Upstairs are the double bedroom, the bedroom with bunk beds, an additional additional bed and the bathroom. In the courtyard there is a rotating parking space and bicycles can be parked. The location of the property is enviable, it is located very close to the sea, 5 minutes on foot, 800 meters from the pine forest in a very quiet residential area, in the first parallel to the promenade. The bathrooms as the crow flies right in front of the building are the Bagni Leda, Amelia and Barsanti, but however there are many others next to each other along the waterfront. Other establishments near the apartment: Bagni Firenze, Bagni Città Giardino, Bagni Avvenire, Bagni Aloha, Bagni Girasole, Bagni Marzia, Bagni Piave, Bagni Lido, Bagni Milena.
The apartment is located closer to the center of Lido di Camaiore, (about 400mt), than to that of Viareggio, (about 2km). At Lido di Camaiore you will find everything you need, shops, restaurants, bars, both in the center and on the seafront, while towards the center of Viareggio, on Viale Buonarroti, about 200mt in the immediate vicinity, you will find a greengrocer, milkman, gastronomy, newsagent, hairdresser, bar etc. in addition to a very good and renowned restaurant, Da Massimo, while in via del Fortino al Lido, about 600mt, you can find various grocery stores as well as a Coop supermarket at number 66.

On a passé un bon séjour, dommage d avoir un appartement a 5 min des plages ,les plage sont toutes privés donc payantes ! Et il faut prendre son véhicule pour trouver une plage public qui sont rares dans le coin avec parking payant ! concernant l appartement il est en général agréable fonctionnel mais la salle de bain est a refaire ,pas du tout pratique manque de tablettes ou petit meuble pour poser ses effets personnel ! Concernant le loueur très a notre écoute rien a dire parfait Merci

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, es sind nur ein paar Minuten bis zum Meer. Im Herbst sind die Bagni geschlossen, so dass der Strand riesig ist. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos. Es ist alles etwas abgewohnt und nicht sooo toll sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Elena lief super. Auch der Check-in/Check-out mit Signore A. war hervorragend!

De vakantie woning voldoet aan de omschrijving. maar is de inrichting van het appartement kan heel wat gezelliger en de douche tegels mogen weleens vervangen worden.De congierge van het complex is vriendelijk en zeer klant gericht.

Casa pulita ed accogliente. Nonostante la mancanza del riscaldamento, segnalata dalla proprietaria, le pompe di calore hanno provveduto a mantenere la casa calda. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere il lungomare, dove si svolgeva il carnevale, a piedi, fondamentale visto l'affollamento

Die FeWo liegt am oberen Ende von Viareggio/ nahe zu Lido Di Camaiore. Promenade und Strände sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Top Lage Die FeWo liegt in einem 4stöckigen Hochhaus / mit Aufzug. Diese ist nicht sehr groß (bes das Bad) und war bei Ankunft nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Die Möbel sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Elena vor der Buchung war jedoch prima. Sie hat schnell und freundlich alle Fragen beantwortet. Sie wohnt jedoch nicht im Ort und Check In/Out wurden über einen nur italienischen sprechenden Kontaktmann geregelt (daher nur kurz/zweckmäßig).
