We had an outstanding stay at this hotel! The suites are modern, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained. Every member of the staff, from housekeeping to the management, was enthusiastic and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The rooftop was the highlight—absolutely amazing with hot tubs under the stars, creating the perfect setting for relaxation. I had the best time and will definitely be booking again!

Best hotel we had in Italy in over a month. Very new hi-tech hotel with excellent facilities, including a fitness room. We had a very spacious suite with a functional kitchen with a good coffee machine, cooktop and microwave. We were on the third floor. The bed was perfect as was the aircon. Best of all was the high end service, particularly by Ciara who spoke perfect English. They have special deals for the beach lidos and they certainly honour the Expedia VIP access promise. We had an excellent bottle of local Prosecco as a welcome drink. We did have some problems with wifi on the first night but this was fixed. One suggestion we have is to provide a small electric kettle for boiling water for tea instead of using the cooktop. Highly recommended.
