Great location. Elevator. Nearby eateries
Spacious room, but very sparsely furnished, although functional. Beds were more like cots. Breakfast was good. Great location & within walking distance of R & J balcony (a big disappointment btw!) pouring rain & free parking area up the hill was muddy & filled with huge potholes. Residenza was on a one way street so best to drop your luggage off on the way up the hill to the parking area. Person who checked us in was nice & friendly, but spoke almost no English.

Great Stay!
We thorouly enjoyed our stay. The location is wonderful! It is within old town but away from the crowds. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. It would have been much easier to locate this hotel had there been a larger, more obvious sign. Also, the fact that the reception staff did not speak English made checking in confusing when we don't speak Italuan. Overall, it was a great place from which to enjoy Verona.

Ottima posizione, bella la struttura, accogliente e pulita. Personale molto discreto. Sembra di essere a casa propria cioè ci si sente liberi. Forse da rivedere il Wi-Fi che non sempre andava. Rivedrei un pò il prezzo. Comunque riscontro positivo, lo consiglierei.
