We were really happy with our stay and especially happy with the service. The location is close to the center, but not so close that is was too noisy or busy. The guy who checked us in/out us was really kind and informative and he gave us some great tips on places to eat and not eat as well as good tips on sight-seeing. He also gave us some good tips on your next Italy destination. Would definitely book there again.

Location was excellent, property was spotlessly clean, everything one could need was provided. It was a little home from home. Comfy bed and sofa, lovely shower. There was nothing to dislike.

We loved the location, really central but being just into the pedestrian area, really quiet at night. There cannot be many properties with a Roman arched wall outside your window. The apartment was very clean and modern decor. bed super comfy and really good shower - both essentials. Our host 'Tea' made us really welcome on arrival. We would have liked a few more kitchen extras such as detergent but most things were provided and not everyone cooks. We appreciated the small kitchen over New Year as a lot of breakfast places were closed.

We enjoyed staying two nights at Residenza Palazzo Negri, which is only a few blocks west of the Arena, where we had a fabulous experience seeing the opera Aida. The washing machine was much appreciated, and the check-in was prompt and pleasant. We would definitely like to return. And don't miss the nearby Ristorante at San Matteo Church, where we had a lovely, affordable lunch.

A great property in the heart of Verona
A clean, well presented property, in a great location close to Piazza Bra and Piazza del Erbe in Verona historical centre. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful prior to arrival and during check in. All facilities you would need were present including large fridge, cooker and a washing machine. Would recommend anyone to stay here and if I ever go back to Verona I would hope to stay here again

Lovely city centre apartment
The apartment was beautifully clean, very well equipped (not that we did any cooking!), and lovely and cool although Verona was baking hot during our stay. The location was great and Simona was very helpful. We loved Verona, wandered the lovely old streets, ate in some great restaurants (loved the Tradision recommendation for breakfast) and had a great evening listening to "Aida" in the Arena - perfetto!

Staying here was a great experience. From the lovely welcome from Simona, through the lovely large apartment, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Three minutes stroll from the Arena, surrounded by good bar/cafes and in a really nice shopping district. We hope to return!

Lovely apartment close to the centre of town
A lovely spacious apartment with everything you need for a short break. Close to the arena and to the main shopping streets and a short walk from the river. Surrounded by good restaurants and bars but a quiet location. Excellent service from the owners and communication was outstanding. Beautiful cool room with a great shower and everything you could need to make snacks and keep drinks cool. Would recommend and look forward to coming again soon.

Home from home in Verona
The Residenza Palazzo Negri was ideally located in the heart of the old town, meaning you could simply step out and lose yourself in the buzz and history of Verona. But added to this, you had Luisa and Simona making sure that everything about your stay was as good as it could be. It always helps to get the local view of what to see and do, particularly when it came to dining out. The fact that the property was self-contained meant you could explore Verona in the morning, retreat to the Palazzo Negri to throw together a lunch and relax, before heading out again for the afternoon. It was a wonderful oasis in what proved to be a very warm week in Verona. The air-conditioning was greatly appreciated! My wife and I were both celebrating our birthdays and we came away from the holiday feeling it was very special. We will definitely be returning, hopefully as soon as possible!

Comfortable and well situated
Two of us were sharing the apartment for 5 nights. We had an unfortunate experience with the TV (very small screen) as followed the instructions provided with no success. SMS's and phone messages sent to the agent with no response so no TV. Agent replied to the noted left on leaving, claimed no messages (phone or text) and explained that the TV was already set to go - a pity we hadn't been told on day 1. A minor problem also - no plug for the kitchen sink.
