Good price quality ration in a great location
Very pleasant central simple pensión. They say they're getting ac which would have improved my stay as I was there during late June's horrific heatwave ("oggi il giorno più caldo di sempre" according to l'Arena di Verona).

Location Great, but description misleading
Location is great, but I wouldn't call this place a B&B, more like a half-step up above a hostel. No employees were available/onsite when we arrived at 2:00 pm (which is during their 5-hour check-in window; 1:00 - 6:00 pm); an employee popped in, but wouldn't refused to check us in and told us to "come back in an hour, the guy is out to lunch". So, we came back, and the guy who checked us in was really weird about giving us the key. Anyway, got checked in, had the key in hand, and found out that our "private bathroom" is located in the hallway, outside of our room. The "in the room" description they have listed about having a microwave and refrigerator actually in your room is incorrect; there is a fridge & microwave in the common "breakfast" room. The "breakfast" consists of a few types of stale cookies & breads; we opted to go out to a local cafe instead. The only good things I can say about this place are that the located is great (right in the heart of old town Verona), the room was clean, and there was WiFi. The staff/service and room/"hotel" description were lacking and/or misleading. I probably would not stay there again.

Great central location!!! To Julia’s house and main inner city attractions including the arena (for an opera event). Also very good location for bus connections to train station. Very clean room and super friendly and caring host. Only drag was sharing the bathroom with not just one other set of guests but multiple. Made timing difficult. Otherwise, highly recommend this place.

Central location, nice room but poor breakfast
It wasn't easy to find - better directions needed. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Room was pleasant and comfortable with our own bathroom just outside - a screen made it private. Coming and going was easy. The location was excellent, right in the centre of the city. Breakfast was very poor, possibly the worst we've ever experienced. We didn't bother after the first day. However, there were biscuits available all day and a very good coffee machine as well as tea making facilities. The whole place was kept very clean.

It was extremely hot and humid while we were in Verona and the room had no ac and a small ceiling fan. It was in a very good location, ease in walking to everything from tourist areas to shops. The owner was very nice but had a family emergency so his friend was there mostly. The friend was not very helpful. There was always water available which was a good thing.

Good value. - In the centre of all. - Budget accommodation – for its location you would expect to pay at least double the price. - Comfortable room with private bathroom, screened down the hallway. - Great host. - Strange, minimal breakfast at South African standards. - A good base to explore this part of the world. - We used the kitchen to prepare some of our own lunches. Just be aware there’s no sink for washing up or a cooker. You do have the facilities of a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. - We would highly recommend this location for the budget conscious traveller. Kind Regards Roeland and Mandy

Quality no frills hotel
Overall a very decent hotel. The shared bathroom was not as bad as you would think, it only took a little patience to wait for other people to finish. There is no actual front desk so check-in and check-out were a little strange and unorganized. However, the room was clean and nice, the bed was comfortable and the wifi worked well.

Unforgettable stay!
The B&B is in a great location near the Juliet House and Piazza de Erbe. The manager is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the city. He had amazing recommendations on where to eat and sightsee. My room (the Rosa room with private bathroom) was so cute and very clean, as well as the bathroom. The atmosphere was nice - there was a nice common room where breakfast was served, and I made friends! Overall, my stay here made my trip to Verona unforgettable and it makes me want to go back.

Fred was the perfect host. He spoke good English, was warm and welcoming and helpful at directing us to things around the city. The building is right in the heart of the old town, lovely location, plenty to do and see. The only downside was that we visited during the August heatwave. There was a powerful fan in our room which enable us to sleep comfortably but if not directly in the fan's draft it was stifling- air conditioning is not so popular in Italy.

Great location and great owner
This is a B&B in a great location, close to everything and quit. The owner is very nice. He allows us to do a laundry and propose to add air conditionner as it was very hot. Price is very good. Breakfast will need a little more choices but it was not a bother.
