The room that I had booked was for two QUEEN beds, suite and I got two DOUBLE beds and an outdated room. The bathroom needed a new toilet seat, it was stained with black mold. It also didn't flush on the last day that we were there. The tile was pulling away in the shower so not very appealing. The pool area was fantastic as it was well maintained. I am from Vero Beach originally and I will make a better choice in the future.

Not a bad place, but definitely only 3 star. The friendliness of the staff made up for some issues. Water had to be turned off for some reason, so ran ugly brown/red color for a bit. AC leaked in the room a little. Pool area is nice and drinks and apps are good at Mulligans, which is attached to the hotel.

Vero Beach is a charming hidden gem. Quaint shops and good restaurants all within a short walk and the beach is lovely. The Ocean Breeze Inn was clean and comfortable and very close to the water which we enjoyed sitting on our ocean side balcony. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only challenge we had was our room was beside the attached restaurant, and it created an unexpected level of noise and activity while we were sitting on our balcony but that was all turned off by 9 PM.

The building right next to the pool was getting its roof redone. The workers blew the urithane residue into the pool area which coated the pool water with yellow powdery slime. The worker’s blowers, tools and hoses were so loud, you couldn’t hear each other talk. There were no beach chairs, the elevator was broken, our room smelled musty and the ac didn’t work. When we told management, they said we could leave if we were unhappy. They finally agreed to give us a small credit, but we never got it. This hotel is extremely run down and outdated. They make it look great online, but it was truly a disappointment.

The staff was super friendly but the bathroom was very old and small and the mattress was super uncomfortable. There was nothing very memorable about the room at all. The pool was clean and cute but not really big. The proximity to the beach is the best thing.
