Still need refund for the first night which so far I am being refused . I purchased travel insurance through hotels.com and this company is not abiding by the travel insurance policy due to my flight being delayed and re routed.

Staff was friendly, building was clean and updated. Other hotels I normally stay at the breakfast has better options and is open until 10 am at least. We were out of the room daily by 11 am and didn’t return until after 5 pm and the room wasn’t cleaned at all. With a 3 year old and 5 year old this wasn’t great.

Went during hurricane. Was upgraded to handicap room for my 94 year mom. Super nice staff, the hotel was sold out, but put us on waitlist for next day. Got to stay in same room next night. Breakfast was good considering hotel was full, offered eggs, sausage and other choices. 5 stars

The reception agent ask for my last name and when I told her she didnt understood and went like "MER...who?" I correct her and say MERCADO. Then she saw my life partner and went "You know is a King Bed?" Of course I knew I booked. Guess if it was a female life partner, she wouldn’t ask me that and maybe not the facial expression she did. Very rude.

Good overall
The hotel overall was very good. Very clean. The pillows were too soft and there were a couple of minor details that need repairs, like the hanging hooks in the bathroom
