This was my first time staying at The Lucie, and I hardly know where to begin — the experience was nothing short of outstanding. I stayed for two nights as part of a relaxing getaway, and from the moment I arrived, I knew I had made the right choice. The highlight of my stay was, without a doubt, the breathtaking view of the North Atlantic Ocean from my room. Waking up, opening my eyes, and being greeted by that stunning ocean view from the balcony was truly unforgettable. It’s rare to find such a view without breaking the bank, but The Lucie makes it possible. Customer service was impeccable. I especially appreciated how they utilized text messaging for guest communication — whether it was for updates or assistance, it felt personal, efficient, and convenient. I hope this thoughtful touch remains a standard at The Lucie. The amenities were equally impressive. The pool and hot tub were a dream to relax in, and having a wet bar by the pool was a fantastic bonus. It’s little details like these that make a stay feel special and memorable. For anyone staying at The Lucie, I highly recommend visiting Kyle G’s. The restaurant is literally next door, so there’s no need to drive, and the food is nothing short of phenomenal. It was the perfect complement to an already amazing stay. Thank you to The Lucie for a truly 10/10 experience. Every moment was enjoyable, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic, and well-catered stay.

The television had so many issues it would not project a picture. The maintenance man told my husband he couldn’t wait to go home because the entire resort was having this issue. Guy had to come back two time to “fix” the tv.

A Jensen Beach for Thanksgiving was a perfect getaway! My partner and I were greeted by the front desk with glasses of bubbly. We were very happy with our room - we upgraded to an ocean front room and the view did not disappoint! Staff was lovely and the location was perfect. Highly recommended booking a sunset river cruise!
