Great condo close to beach
Richard was a great host. Our older 2 boys came home after college and due to a master bath remodel we had to get them a place close by. Richard was always in touch and accommodating. The boys said it was peaceful and relaxing. If we ever need this code again, we would not hesitate to rent it.

Condo by the beach
My wife and I stayed for a long term rental while waiting for our house to be completed. Great location. A block and a half from an ocean beach. Close to many restaurants. Comfortable accommodations. Everyone was very friendly here. The Host was very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had. Would recommend a stay here.

Quiet neighborhood, close to beach
This is a lovely well-equipped condo, within close walking distance to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the green spaces and the peaceful environment surrounding the property. Richard met us upon arrival and was very helpful throughout our stay.
