This hotel was exactly as advertised! It’s new and everything works. Our room was a king with kitchenette and it had a really good layout. Staff at the reception desk gave us a warm welcome. Location is great. The is a superstore right across the street and a mall close by that is a 10 minute walk/2 minute drive away. This BW Premier is my new go-to hotel in Vernon.

Driving thru and decided to stay here. We made the right choice. Super comfy beds. Good pilliows, the bathroom had a night light in the fan which I’ve never seen, finally the wife said it’s the best lighting to do your make up. We just finished a 8 day camping trip so this was a great choice to stay.

When I first checked in I received keys for a room that had not been cleaned. I was initially afraid that someone might be in the room. Bed not made, pizza boxes & empty bottles. I had to go down to the lobby to get keys for another room. When I got to the new room the key card didn't work. So I had to back down again. I was not happy since I often walk with a cane so the up and down with my luggage was a problem.
