Inside hotel was really clean, no problems in the room other than the sofa bed is super small!!! It’s a twin sofa. Hot tub was not working in tower 1 so had to walk outside to tower 2 to use the hot tub. Other than that the breakfast was great & I had no problems with staff or people.

The rooms were quiet. I had a banquet room just a couple doors down - children everywhere. Once my door was closed not a sound. A wee bit of a surprise with a pet deposit. When I called in I was told about the pet charge but not the deposit. Great location easy to find. Open space (overflow parking area) to walk the dog Would differently recommend. We

OK...
Checked in and went to the room. Thermostat on the wall was noticibly damaged and did not work. Went to the heat/cool unit. It would not turn on. Went back to the desk and they offered to send a maintenance man. I said, why not just put us in a room that works? They relocated us to a room on the first floor beside the exhaust from the pool heater. About once an hour it would roar away for about 15 minutes. This happened all night long. Breakfast was excellent!

Great stay and value also.
Firstly, check in with Lauraine was comfortable professional and a pleasant experience. Also checked out in morning with same. A total positive experience and beyond that a real value. Nice, comfortable stay, enjoyable pool, particularly good breakfast that morning. Would rate it equal to Ramada or Best Western, our usual selections. Will likely find a reason to return.
