I liked very much the facilities cleanliness, but overall the staff attention was kind and made my stay comfortable. I stayed with my dog (2nd floor is designated for pets) and the room was comfortable with very good AC, despite the high heat peak in Veracruz during my visit I enjoyed the room , teh resataurant, and the ppol very much. I highly recommend this Hotel for stay with children and pet owners.

pesima eleccion de hotel
La recepcionista chaparrita muy anable. La alta no tanto. Los señores de estacionamiento groseros. No me dejaron bajar ni mi cartera ni mi maleta, oviamente no me ayudaron con ellas. Se llevaron el auto en lo que me registraba a pesar que les dije que me esperaran. Habitacion con ruido. El clima jamas enfrio hacia un calor horrible. En la alberca tuve que ir a buscar al mesero. Sanitario con cabellos de mujer.Que la verdad fue muy amable. La verdad ni me quise quedar en la noche y me cambie de hotel pesima eleccion. Como venden habitaciones sin clima funcionando y con el calor que hace. Y en el moemento que entregue mi llave en la tarde ninles quise decir nada por respeto a otros huespedes que estaban en recepcion registrandose. Pero la verdad si merecian se les dijera todo mal servicio. Y cuando solicite el auto el valet bien grosero al pedirle el auto contesto si se qujere esperar por que tengo muchos autos o vaya por el ahi en la entrada le dan su llave y ahi lo saca. Nada amables
