Very nice hotel, the pool was great .... but the service was close to awful, from the internet connection that was barely working, to the restaurant staff that either were not enough in numbers or they did not know how to handle it, to mowing the grass at 2 PM when kids should sleep, to housekeeping using the vacuum cleaner after the same 2 PM in the floor lobby or in the rooms with the door open and not changing towels, soaps, glasses, to front parking being used by hotel staff cars, to parking having tree stumps that you can hit your car in. The rooms were although clean and the food OK. The entertainers are doing a good job at the pool, kids room and restaurant. Overall too expensive for what it offers.

Horrible esto a cambiado
Hemos llegado el día 19 de agosto del 2015 y teníamos asta el 24 de agosto solo decir que no hemos ido el 21 perdiendo los días y el dinero , nuestra primera impresión no fue mala por que estuvimos hace 2 años hay y fuero maravilloso ,pero sólo nos falto un día por darnos cuenta que el servicio , las cartas habían cambiado mucho , de hecho pienso que la carta del restaurante es de un hotel de 2 estrellas y el servicio del bar de la piscina es nefasto , la carta del bar de la piscina sé queda pequeña en comparación con hace dos años , el personal del bar de la piscina no an sido capaces de prepararnos un chocolate caliente que está en la carta a las 18:00 es pésimo , por no decir la suciedad que había dentro del bar y que el personal lo único que hacia es dar vueltas recoger sillas y fumar como si estuviera cerrado aunque no sea un día con sol no tendríamos que recibir este trato , hemos recibido la peor habitación de todas nuestras vistas son el baño del restaurante habitación número 102 nos hemos encontrado la caja fuerte sin puerta , y hemos informado al personal de la noche ellos nos dijo que nos lo solucionaban pero como era de esperar a la mañana siguiente nadie sabía nada de la puerta , aunque al final acabaron por hacernos caso y ponernos la puerta y además nos hemos ido dos días antes por que la habitación tenía suciedad y una de las camas estaba llena de manchas es una vergüenza

Tolles Hotel mit schlechtem Service.
Modernes renoviertes Hotel in Strandnähe. Der Zimmerservice und der Service beim Frühstück ist sehr schlecht. Jeden Morgen standen keine Teller, Tassen, Besteck usw. zur Verfügung und man musste jedes mal die Bedienung danach fragen. Alles war nicht sehr professionell und die Bedienungen waren eher Aushilfen als gelernte Fachkräfte. Weiter entspricht die Qualität des Frühstückes nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Zum Beispiel gibt es nur Toastbrot, keine Brötchen oder anders Brot und die Qualität der Wurst und des Käses waren eher niedrig. Der Zimmerservice ließ auch zu wünschen übrig. So mussten wir mehrmals an der Rezeption fehlende Handtücher oder Bettwäsche reklamieren. Einmal wurde sogar das Toilettenpapier nicht aufgefüllt. Es gibt bessere 4 Sterne Hotels am rumänischen schwarzen Meer für das gleiche Geld! Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel nicht zu empfehlen. Es gibt am schwarzen Meer bessere 4 Sterne Hotels für das gleiche Geld.
